Crazy Horse - APT 1

Personnel souriant et très communicant. Appartement 1 tres très agréable, même si nous n'avons pas osé utiliser le hot tub sur la terrasse de l'autre apt. Proche de la route mais bien insonorisé. Pas de terrasse pour manger dehors et il manquerait peut être des lampes de chevet. Mais vraiment une très belle location dans une belle petite ville.

Déçu de l emplacement, la maison est en bordure de route très passante , literie de mauvaise qualité , micro ondes inutilisation car très salles .

Our yurt was great! Bed very comfortable! We had a great time!

Unit was ok . No coffee maker after I was told it would be included . Naw lock was installed a few weeks before I arrived . The check in kid couldn’t open the door so I asked for a key . He finally gave me a key and I had a copy made . Unfortunately it would not unlock the original door lock . I broke a window to get in because my medication and electronics were inside and no one was at the office . They had a maintenance man onsite , but I was never made aware of that until the next morning when I told the kid I had to break the window to get in . So much for communication . He told me I was the only one who had trouble with the lock . It was only two weeks old , so I don’t know how often the unit was used . The maintenance man was very good and showed me how to use the lock . Very simple . I asked why the check in guy didn’t know . He gave me a different code and I drove him over to the unit and he couldn’t get in . The booking agent said she couldn’t discuss the window but the owner would contact me . I was charged $425 and called to ask why . The kid said it was for the window . I said ok and hung up . ? Why have two locks on a door when you can only use one ? And why aren’t you told when you arrive . Why aren’t you told about after hours problems are available . The kid was gone when I returned from getting the key made . No sign on the door about after hours help . All in all , as a previous business owner , the kid wouldn’t be working for me .
