Great location close to marina and amphitheater. The unit itself hasn’t been updated for a long time. Everything works and was fine, just expect a 1980’s vibe in terms of fixtures, decorating, sliding doors, etc.Location snd convenience superseded any concerns. Pool and spa area are small, but were well kept and appreciated.

It was awesome to be able to walk to the marina and Dillon amphitheater in Less than 10 mins! The condo was more spacious than the pictures showed, and we really enjoyed the amenities and view from the balcony!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was great and the views were breathtaking for my family vacation. We walked all around the area, the restaurants were great and even got some pickleball in. The location was central to our whitewater rafting, ziplining and 14er climbing adventure. A bonus was a free concert our last night a the Dillon Amphitheater.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Door handle didn’t work well so opening door to unit was difficult. It was reported to management. Numerous light bulbs out, reported to management and fix. One shower leaked so we were told not to use it which was inconvenient for 5 of us when planning on having 2 showers. Great location, vintage unit but very acceptable.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our time in Lake Dillon. It was a great location to enjoy the area and Lake Dillon. We had enough space for everyone and enjoyed the option to do laundry. The kitchen had everything you needed too. We were aware of the dated decor but we were disappointed in the saggy beds, dark lighting, peeling wallpaper and mold in the shower stall though. It would be a great place with some sprucing up.
