Stylish Mountain Condo w/Fireplace on Lake Dillon

Parking is available on the street side of the complex and is limited to those with a parking permit, which will be provided upon arrival. Spots are taken on a first-come, first-serve basis. It is recommended to arrive before 6 p.m. on winter weekends or holidays, as parking becomes more in demand during these times. If additional cars are in the group or if a space is not secured, an overnight permit for the Town of Dillon lot, located half a mile away, will be provided.

Pets are not allowed at the property. Only owners of record and their adult family members may keep a maximum of two domestic pets per unit. Renters are prohibited from having pets of any kind.

The standard check-in time is 16:00 and check-out time is 11:00. Early or late check-in/check-out may be available upon request, but additional costs may apply.

The property is located in Dillon on the waterfront, with easy access to Summit County’s ski resorts and outdoor activities. Keystone Ski Resort is 5.5 miles away (approximately 9 minutes), A-Basin is 10.9 miles (about 17 minutes), and Breckenridge is 15.3 miles (around 26 minutes). The Dillon Amphitheater and local shops are also nearby.

Children are allowed at the property, with ages 0-17 permitted to stay for free.
