Abbey Manor on Pinehurst #6- Golf Views -Sleeps 24

House is great! Large and plenty of room. Clean and checks the boxes. Awesome location!! My only complaint is communication was poor. The host never sent checkout instructions. I asked for them 3 times within 24 hours and never received a response. You can tell what they send is all automated which is fine.. but no one ever got back to me on the checkout instructions. Again, great house but communication was tough.

Some suggestions that would have made our stay better.Be up front about the number of bathrooms vs the number the house sleeps. 4 bathrooms for 24 people is insufficient and the locations make them problematic.Kitchen was well stocked with plates and pans, but lacks some basics for a large group like, salad bowls were small, no salad serving utensils. Grater was insufficient. Coffeemaker is really slow. We struggled with it and we were 7 people. If you want guests to use Keurig you should suggest that up front. Then guests could buy their own. The bbq was a good size, but dirty when we arrived. The home was clean but some remnants from the prior guests were still around for us to deal with.The location was great 15 minutes or less to all of our courses.

Excellent house and location, highly recommend. Had small hiccup at checkin but host was very responsive and made it right immediately.

Issue with the hot water for showers.first day was good after that water was luke warm other than 2 showers.

Great to be together!!! A few things-the disposal in the main sink doesn’t work right now.
