Private Countryside Retreat, near Minnewaska

Loved our stay at this house - it was well maintained and beautifully decorated. It was close to lots of great breweries, restaurants, and shops. The hot tub was great too. Wish we’d been able to stay longer!

Our stay was very peaceful and relaxing. The kids had so much space and games to play. The outdoor was just beautifully set up to enjoy around the fire and play and walk outside. Highly recommend this place.

We recently spent a long weekend in the area and found the location to be ideal with convenient access to the regional roadway network but with a nice secluded setting. The house provided great access to the area recreation amenities with the O&W rail trail, Minnewaska State Preserve and Mohonk West Trapps trail heads all with a 5-10 min drive. It also was convenient to the area restaurants and shopping. The layout of the house was great with ample room to spread out. The house checked all the boxes for what we needed for amenities during our stay. Definitely looking forward to staying here again.

Limor and Sunny are wonderful hosts who provide the most detailed guest guidebook you will ever receive! I planned this getaway for my husband, his brother and the location (it really is 6 minutes from Minnewaska) was perfect. Sadly, it’s obvious that past guests do not remove shoes because the carpets have taken a beating but overall the house is extremely comfortable and accommodating for cooking and relaxing after a day of hiking. Thank you both!

this was such a perfect location for exploring Minnewaska State Park, only like 10 minutes away (maybe less). great layout and comfy beds. really, really clean. the large deck with the hot tub was super peaceful. good restaurants nearby although we also used the well-stocked kitchen. the owners were so easy to communicate with and very helpful and responsive- we didn't need them for anything since it was all done so professionally but they were happy to give great tips on things to do and places to eat or buy food. we would stay here again in a heartbeat!
