This is a basement studio under a busy home so it is noisy. Also there were dogs outside that barked anytime we were outside so it made using the hot tub less desireable.

We had a great time. So quiet and cozy. House has everything you need for a great great away. We will definitely be staying here again when we visit family. Close enough to everything you need but far enough hidden to enjoy. Great hosts they personally called us to make sure we were all settled and comfortable if we need anything.

The property was nice. It is convenient to the Beckley area. My wife and I were there to visit friends and relatives in the area. My wife has several food sensitivities so having the full kitchen was a real plus.

We enjoyed our stay at the property while visiting the New River Gorge National Park area. The unit had everything we needed : space, amenities, location, nice decor. (FYI- there is a stairway with a hand rail down to the basement apartment). Spacious hot tub!
