Spacious 3 Bedroom 2 bathroom Condo in Miami near beach and entertainment.

We loved it.

Spacious, spotless clean, nicely furnished, quiet, easy to get to shopping malls, great restaurants, beach and neghboring cities.

Property was not thoroughly cleaned. Stove was dirty, floors have not been cleaned, long black hair in the showers, grouting was gross..None of the remotes in the mastbedroom worked. All Tvs had to be on 100 to hear anything. UNDER CONSTRUCTION! was woken up every morning (6:40 a.m) for several days by loud, vibrating drilling and banging on the roof. This construction has obviously been on going for awhile due to the magnitude of equipment that was stationary. Encountered 3 extremely rude security guards that were not inviting at all. Absolute waste of my $1,600!

Overall the place was as listed. Could you use a little TLC. The pool was nice and was in a nice location. We also enjoyed the view from the balcony.
