Six adults, four kids (from 3-9 years old) - loved our stay, great for families to reunite. Lots of space and games. Kitchen was very well stocked with quality supplies! Responsive management. We had a blast.

We were 8 friends who get away annually, often to the CA coast. This house has 4 king size beds plus ample bathroom facilities and a perfect great-room arrangement. The kitchen was well-stocked and we did all our own cooking during our stay and had everything we needed. Would definitely come back!

Excellent location, views, super comfy beds and pillows, wonderful massaging hot tub, fully stocked kitchen, and plenty of amenities! We were there after some storms so there were mosquitoes but almost all doors/windows had screens. Would definitely stay again!

Loved the layout of the home- a great collection of games and puzzles for all ages kept us gathered and laughing. Kitchen and cooking utensils/pots and pans were more than expected, all new and matching. As foodies and cooks, this was very important to us and everything was better than expected, fresh, and comfortable. Would definitely return.

We had 8 ladies celebrating a 50th birthday and we were looking for a house that was big enough for us, a table that sat all of us and a living room that was comfortable for game nights and watching romantic comedies and this house was absolutely perfect! The hot tub, the space and all of the necessities were here so we never had to leave! We cooked all meals and all kitchen items were available. I’d absolutely stay here again! The process from booking to check out was so easy.

We so enjoyed our stay with our grown sons and our daughter in law at the Sea Turtle! It was spotlessly clean, and beautifully decorated with many amenities. The hot tub was great! The first few days were really stormy, so we're glad we'd brought plenty of food, and we made good use of the well equipped kitchen. We do recommend they replace the pots and pans, they're badly scratched. The wood burning stove worked very well, you just need to bring your own wood. Having 4 bedrooms with king beds made for great sleeping arrangements. Fantastic views, and overall a great stay! I will say, the walk to the beach was too strenuous for most of us, but we just drove down to Lawson's Landing and paid a nominal parking fee.

we had multi generation of family celebrating my dad's 90th birthday. The living area is very spacious, with a huge dinning table that seated us all together. The kitchen has everything you need to cook for a large group. it is very well stocked. We the more fit ones in the group, took a couple walks to the beach, it's a steep hill down, and even steeper hill back up. Great exercise! The views are beautiful from on top of the hill.

House is big and well stocked. It has everything you might need in the kitchen, which was great as we cooked a lot. Amazing views, nice hot tub, had a great time! I love that all 4 rooms had king size beds, and the fact that there were so many bathrooms was so nice for our group of 6. Would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay at this home very much. We have stayed at many pet friendly vacation homes and this was one of the nicest. There were a couple of things that happened that were out of the host's control. The temperatures were unusually high and the home did get very hot and humid. We also could not open the big sliders in the main living area to help cool down the house because there were wasps that kept coming into the house. We let the host know about the wasp situation and they are going to take care of it. Overall our stay at this home was very pleasant!

We enjoyed our stay, sunset views were beautiful. I agree with other reviews that the pots and pans are in bad shape. I should have brought my own as I love to cook and the restaurants in the area are not open during the week.

Great place for family. Beach is about a 15-20 minute walk straight downhill. The walk back is tough. If you drive to the beach, parking is $10 a car. Kitchen was well stocked. Cleanliness was on point. Great property overall.

We were so happy with our VRBO experience! The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was everything we needed it to be (sharp knives, gas stove, etc). It was close to the ocean and had a beautiful view. In addition, any issues we had were immediately addressed by the management. We will definitely be coming back here again!

Our family of 4 adults and 1 four-year-old had a great time at Sea Turtle. The house was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked. We had some trouble with the TV connecting but we figured out a way to watch football & soccer, despite the connectivity issues. The lights in laundry room went out but that was not a problem. Randy was great when we talked to him, though we weren't able to use the Dish TV.

A wonderful home with amazing views from every room. Was perfect for our women’s grad school friends reunion weekend. Lots of table space for puzzles and drawing. We loved it! The property manager, Randy, was very responsive and helpful!

Dillon Beach is the best getaway from the east bay, super close and it’s all about chill time! We brought groceries and cooked all meals; which was easy to do with the fully stocked chefs kitchen. Eating at the huge table watching the sunset was AMAZIING! The beds are comfy, great linens and towels. We will be back!!

My friends and I have stayed at several properties and the Sea Turtle was A. We had more than enough room and the fully equipped kitchen and amenities exceeded our expectations. The Property Manager was also very responsive and helpful.

This property was perfect for our group of three couples and one single. The place was on a hill overlooking the beach with great views. The kitchen was well equipped which was great for us since we cooked all our breakfasts and dinners at the house. We walked on Dillon Beach, drove over to Bodega Bay which has beautiful hiking paths and dramatic scenery, and ate lunch at great fish restaurants in the area. We were there in January—weather sunny and in the mid to upper 60’s, perfect for long walks. In addition, management was very responsive to any questions.

Our family really enjoyed our stay at this beach house. The house is comfortable and well appointed. The views of the bay from the house are spectacular and the quiet hillside area was lovely with deer grazing all day.

We were a group of couples visiting from the Lake Tahoe area. This house is a lovely place to enjoy the sunshine, the ocean views and the local seafood, all with our furry friends. Comfy king beds for all, a completely stocked kitchen, a lovely deck with a view and charging for your car. What is not to love?? We have been to this house several times and hope to return soon!

Great place for family. Beach is about a 15-20 minute walk straight downhill. The walk back is tough. If you drive to the beach, parking is $10 a car. Kitchen was well stocked. Cleanliness was on point. Great property overall.

This property was perfect for our group of three couples and one single. The place was on a hill overlooking the beach with great views. The kitchen was well equipped which was great for us since we cooked all our breakfasts and dinners at the house. We walked on Dillon Beach, drove over to Bodega Bay which has beautiful hiking paths and dramatic scenery, and ate lunch at great fish restaurants in the area. We were there in January—weather sunny and in the mid to upper 60’s, perfect for long walks. In addition, management was very responsive to any questions.

we had multi generation of family celebrating my dad's 90th birthday. The living area is very spacious, with a huge dinning table that seated us all together. The kitchen has everything you need to cook for a large group. it is very well stocked. We the more fit ones in the group, took a couple walks to the beach, it's a steep hill down, and even steeper hill back up. Great exercise! The views are beautiful from on top of the hill.

We were 8 friends who get away annually, often to the CA coast. This house has 4 king size beds plus ample bathroom facilities and a perfect great-room arrangement. The kitchen was well-stocked and we did all our own cooking during our stay and had everything we needed. Would definitely come back!

We enjoyed our stay, sunset views were beautiful. I agree with other reviews that the pots and pans are in bad shape. I should have brought my own as I love to cook and the restaurants in the area are not open during the week.

Dillon Beach is the best getaway from the east bay, super close and it’s all about chill time! We brought groceries and cooked all meals; which was easy to do with the fully stocked chefs kitchen. Eating at the huge table watching the sunset was AMAZIING! The beds are comfy, great linens and towels. We will be back!!

Loved the layout of the home- a great collection of games and puzzles for all ages kept us gathered and laughing. Kitchen and cooking utensils/pots and pans were more than expected, all new and matching. As foodies and cooks, this was very important to us and everything was better than expected, fresh, and comfortable. Would definitely return.

My friends and I have stayed at several properties and the Sea Turtle was A. We had more than enough room and the fully equipped kitchen and amenities exceeded our expectations. The Property Manager was also very responsive and helpful.

My family really enjoyed our weekend at Sea Turtle. We are all big cooks, and the house was fully equipped with all the tools we needed. The view was magical to wake up to every morning.

House is big and well stocked. It has everything you might need in the kitchen, which was great as we cooked a lot. Amazing views, nice hot tub, had a great time! I love that all 4 rooms had king size beds, and the fact that there were so many bathrooms was so nice for our group of 6. Would definitely stay here again!

The house worked really well for three couples plus a baby. The kitchen was well stocked. Beds and sheets were nice. The exterior is shabby but the interior is fresher. Everything worked. We used the EV charger, which was nice. The HVAC worked flawlessly on a cold weekend. The house is on top of the extremely steep hill which makes walking limited, especially with a stroller. The view was less than we expected; the hot tub is in the entry courtyard, with no view of anythingWhile not baby proof, it was easy to keep a crawling baby safe. We were there for a family wedding but we really enjoyed time on Dillon Beach. Great dogs!!

Our family of three generations had a wonderful, relaxing time at Sea Turtle in Dillon Beach. The check in process was easy, and the house was very clean and ready upon our arrival. We appreciated that all four bedrooms had king-sized beds with quality linens and comfortable mattresses. The kitchen was well-stocked, and we cooked most of our meals at the house. The beach was a short drive away, and we enjoyed afternoons playing in the sand with our grandkids and walks in the evenings enjoying the sunsets. The management company was great to work with and made sure we were well taken care of. We would definitely return to this property.
