Lyxigt Goodyear Home med privat badtunna och pool!

When we drove up to the property, there was a for sale sign in the yard, so we were a little worried. Once in the house it had everything we needed. The first morning we were sitting by the pool and around 8:30 a gentleman walks through the backyard to clean it, that caught us off guard and should not have happened. The amount of bedrooms & space worked great for 3 adults & 2 kids. The pool was nice & the location to the lakes was perfect for morning walks.

It was a great time in this beautiful home. The owner was so helpful to us. Would stay there again in the future

The house appears “worn”. It needs a deep cleaning and definitely some paint. The areas rugs are worn out and dirty. The front door won’t lock unless you lift up the left door to line it up. We have been staying in VRBO homes for 15 years in this area and this is the first house that had such bare cupboards. Not even a sugar packet. Yes, there were dishes and pans and silverware like at all the other homes but there is usually a few non perishable items like sugar. The dryer was broken which we reported on Monday. A repair man came on Friday and it couldn’t be fixed. That meant we left with a suitcase of dirty clothes. The owner did email us that this was beyond his control and he apologized but offered no compensation for this inconvenience. I would not recommend staying at this house. There are many others that will be more accommodating

Location was perfect for our needs.
