We stayed at the guest house for 2 nights with our black lab. Jeremy’s hospitality was amazing! There were snacks and a full fridge waiting for us along with helpful guides to the area. Our dog had the best time swimming in the pond and watching the fish. It’s a very comfortable space in a stunning setting. Could not recommend more highly!

My wife and I stayed at the Brown's cottage on a short weekend getaway. I think Jeremy had done just about everything possible to make our stay enjoyable. The kitchen was stocked with plenty of choices for breakfast and little goodies if we just wanted a little snack. He had lots of information about things to do and a comprehensive list of restaurants around Manchester available. We slept like logs on the super comfy king size bed. But I think the koi pond was by far my wife’s favorite part of our stay. She loved sitting out next to the pond reading and feeding the koi. Thanks, Jeremy, for the refill on the jar of fish food. We would not hesitate to stay here again when we need another getaway.

We stayed at Jeremy’s place for 2 nights this October. OMG, this place is amazing. All the home comforts you could wish for, big comfortable bed, well stocked kitchen and larder, breakfast goodies included and lovely and clean. The deck with view of the pond and mountains was a huge bonus, lovely and private - total bliss. This is a definite 5 star rating , cannot recommended highly enough . Thanks Jeremy, you’re a legend! 2 visitors from Manchester , England ! 😄

The property and home were just as advertised. It was a great space for our two dogs and us. The pond in the mornings was beautiful to look out at. Jeremy was a great host, supplying snacks, breakfast items, drinks, coffee, etc... the best stocked fridge I've ever had at a VRBO. The location is perfect to downtown Manchester and a bunch of local things to do, like Equinox Valley Nursery and Mount Equinox. We had a great time and loved staying there.

We had a great stay at Jeremy’s place for a local wedding! It is a cute little a-frame with a small kitchen, living room and large loft bedroom - perfect for a couples getaway! The views of the pond, field and mountains in the background from your porch and the Adirondack chairs on the pond are just beautiful. He goes above and beyond with snacks and breakfast items all waiting for you as well as a smart TV, great wifi and comfy pillows/bed. One of the best stocked places I’ve stayed! We didn’t meet Jeremy himself because he gives you your space unless you need him but he was available via message for any/all questions. Overall, 5 stars and would 100% stay again.

Absolutely perfect. We have stayed in SO many rentals and this was by far our favorite. The koi pond right next to the house was truly amazing. The dogs were enthralled by the koi fish (and so were we, honestly). The house itself is adorable and very comfortable. Jeremy is a phenomenal host and clearly takes pride in what he does. The chicken coop and area behind the house and pond are also beautiful and fun to wander. Equinox pond is down the street and lye Brook falls hike is a very short drive! We highly recommend this place.

We stayed for 5 nights and loved every minute of it. The house is wonderful. There is such a calm vibe there because of the cozy home, the koi pond, his garden, and the mountains. The home came fully stocked with snacks, and other essentials. The home is in a great location, quiet yet just minutes from town. Jeremy is a very kind person and an incredible host, here’s a quick story: we wanted to use the grill but we were having some trouble with it. Jeremy came to help but noticed it was getting old and not working as well as it used to… so Jeremy bought a new grill and installed it the next morning! We really felt at home for our short stay. We hope to come back again. Thank you Jeremy.

Jeremy has this hosting thing covered. My boyfriend and our dog visited for a long weekend that ended up being pretty rainy. Every streaming service we could think of was loaded on the tv and there were even some board games. Chances are if you forgot something, it’s probably in the cabin. My dog loved the koi pond and feeding them when it wasn’t rainy was a joy. Bed was comfy, water pressure was decent. No complaints!

Adorable private guest house with wonderful pond view. Fresh cut flowers, stocked refrigerator, sticky notes that were very helpful. Fish food for the Koi. I loved this place. My husband and I (in our 60's) would have preferred a half bath downstairs, but we handled the stairs to the bedroom and bath just fine. I would have loved to stay here longer, and would not hesitate to book it again.

Very nice and cozy place to getaway for a few nights! Very close to Manchester and places to eat and things to do. Koi pond was very pretty and we enjoyed feeding them! Loved having coffee on the deck with a view of the mountains, before we went on our adventures!

This was our first experience with VRBO and it was such a wonderful experience! We traveled from NJ to VT for a long weekend. The propery and amenities are exactly as listed. This home is the cutest little brown house! It is so close to downtown manchester, greeen mountain, stratton resort and not to mention a ton of hiking trails! My daughter took advantage of the koi pond in the back yard and loved to feed them. Jeremy always made sure the fish food was full for my daughter, which i thought was incredibly sweet. The house was very cleaned and fully stocked with things one would need to scope out the area. I cannot say anytbing negative. We will definitely be back. Thank you Jeremy for making our weekend a very memorable experience! 💚

Had a great stay—very relaxing. Checked all the boxes for VRBO property for me—super clean, great bed/bedding/towels, spectacular view, well stocked including food, very communicative host, close to town, strong wifi. Stayed with my dog Luna. Her favorite part was swimming in the pond and feeding the koi fish. This is just what I needed to rest and recharge. Hope to return next year!

We had a great stay with our pup for a late ski season weekend! The house was clean, well-stocked, and very cozy. The location was beautiful and perfectly situated a few minutes away from everything you could want to do in Manchester. We will definitely be back!

My family and I stayed at this property over the weekend. We have two children, 12 and 9 and 3 dogs. The space was absolutely perfect for us. The trundle bed in the living room was great to allow both kids to have their own sleeping space. Everything you can possibly imagine is stocked in this house so if you forget something, chances are you will find it upon check in. The kitchen has all of the utensils and cooking tools you need. The host provides a lot of menus, maps and magazines about what is happening in the area. The loft bedroom was extremely spacious. The bathroom is up in the loft which was not a huge issue for us. The biggest thing was that the house was extremely clean and inviting. The property was very large and our 3 dogs enjoyed having the freedom to explore. Jeremy was a wonderful host and provided us with privacy. He is right next door and very responsive to any questions or issues you may have. This was one of the most comfortable and inviting homes we have stayed at and will definitely stay again!! Thank you Jeremy for a comfortable and relaxing weekend away! :)

My husband and I just got married and wanted a place to get away with our dogs to rest and recharge. Jeremy did an amazing job stocking up the house with all of the essentials that you use at your own house. In the fridge were all the breakfast items you need and everything was very clean! It was also a cool experience to see koi fish and be able to feed them. The best way to describe this place is that it feels like you're going away to your own vacation home! We will definitely come back :-)

Been coming to Manchester for 35+ years, and this is the best place we've stayed, based on location, the place itself, price, view, comfort, amenities, and owner interaction. The place was immaculate and fully stocked, and watching the sun come up over the mountain and koi pond while enjoying a coffee on the deck was alone worth the rental. Its a perfect place for 2 people and a child or dog, and is just down the street from The Equinox Hotel. And Jeremy saw to our every need. This is now our go to rental in VT!

Jeremy was very accommodating for our brief last minute stay, when we needed to bring our dog with us last minute while attending our friends wedding. The house was pristine, the scenery wonderful. And we had all the privacy we needed. Cannot recommend another home more highly should you need intimate accommodations in the Manchester VT area. Thanks Jeremy!

We had the best time at this property. We, including our dog, could have sat and just stared at the pond all day and night. Jermey was an excellent host. We had everything we needed including snacks. The house was very comfortable and clean. We miss it already and would definitely book again.

Our stay at this cottage was awesome! We arrived after a winter storm and were not able to make our dinner reservations but Jeremy provides a full breakfast and snack offering that saved us. The bed was so comfy. He had subscriptions to all the streaming services loaded on the smart tv so we never ran out of things to watch. The location is perfect - minutes away from grocery/liquor stores and from the village center, and only 15 mins from Bromley Mtn or 30 from Stratton Resort. We will definitely stay here again during our next visit to Manchester. Thanks Jeremy!

Jeremy’s house was perfect for a ski weekend at Stratton, which is a little less than 30 minutes away. The trundle was perfect for our kids and the upstairs for us. King size bed is such a plus. Jeremey stocks the place, which was so appreciated! Close to amenities if you need them.

The host provides a lot of menus, maps and magazines about what is happening in the area. The loft bedroom was extremely spacious. The bathroom is up in the loft which was not a huge issue for us. The biggest thing was that the house was extremely clean and inviting. The property was very large and our 3 dogs enjoyed having the freedom to explore. Jeremy was a wonderful host and provided us with privacy. He is right next door and very responsive to any questions or issues you may have. This was one of the most comfortable and inviting homes we have stayed at and will definitely stay again!! Thank you Jeremy for a comfortable and relaxing weekend away! :)

We had a great stay at Jeremy’s place for a local wedding! It is a cute little a-frame with a small kitchen, living room and large loft bedroom - perfect for a couples getaway! The views of the pond, field and mountains in the background from your porch and the Adirondack chairs on the pond are just beautiful. He goes above and beyond with snacks and breakfast items all waiting for you as well as a smart TV, great wifi and comfy pillows/bed. One of the best stocked places I’ve stayed! We didn’t meet Jeremy himself because he gives you your space unless you need him but he was available via message for any/all questions. Overall, 5 stars and would 100% stay again.

Cute cottage with a lot of charm. The kiddos loved the concept of staying next to a pond. Convenient location to Manchester center and also to Bromley. Jeremy was quick to respond to all to all pf our questions.

The small home had everything you could possibly want for a short or long stay. Breakfast was indeed included, as well as every other item needed in the pantry. The beds were comfortable. The house was warm., And there was enough space for my wife and I and two kids. The slider looked out onto a hardwood deck and a Koi pond in the distance. Our dog appreciated the running area around the pond. With Manchester town just down the road. The location is quiet but local. Would definitely recommend to a couple or small families like ours.

Adorable private guest house with wonderful pond view. Fresh cut flowers, stocked refrigerator, sticky notes that were very helpful. Fish food for the Koi. I loved this place. My husband and I (in our 60's) would have preferred a half bath downstairs, but we handled the stairs to the bedroom and bath just fine. I would have loved to stay here longer, and would not hesitate to book it again.

My boyfriend and I used to live in the area and rented the house to celebrate christmas with his daughters that still live locally. This was a great spot! Located just far enough outside of the town that its away from the busy, but close enough to be convenient. A very short drive to the Equinox trail systems was great for myself and my dog, too. The place was fully stocked with the necessities, which was a great pleasure. Overall I'd say it's more than perfect as a couples getaway, but nice for a family too. Thank you so much for the stay!

Our stay was a NIGHTMARE!!!!!. This little house with the beautiful private koi pond?. Every outdoor photo shows this house with serene privacy. When we pulled in we thought we were at the wrong place because RIGHT NEXT DOOR, no more than 20 yards away, is this MUCH LARGER house, where the owner/host lives. There is NO privacy whatsoever. We arrived Sunday, late afternoon . Monday, late morning, we see a man and two children playing in the yard. We went out for a while, and when we came back there were now a half dozen adults out in the yard, loud yelling, arguments, laughter, cigarette smoking. ZERO serene nature, ZERO privacy. We left and stayed away for several hours, as there was NO desire to be in that space. I texted Jeremy Brown, the host/owner, telling him how disappointed I was. When we came back home, he asked me if I had a problem with a man being with his children.I said "absolutely not", but that I DID have a problem with his misrepresentation of the house. Why not even ONE photo showing his larger house right on top of the vacation house?.He started yelling at me, and one of his male friends or family members got in my face and threatened bodily harm upon me. We packed our stuff and left after one night only, of the three nights we originally booked. Jeremy told me he would refund two-thirds of our money if I did NOT post a review. If you don't mind sharing the outdoor space with a loud, raucous, vulgar group of people, go ahead . Serene nature? .Not a chance!!!

Jeremy was very supportive with a special request and extremely helpful with running trails. He provided multiple snacks, drinks, fruit and breakfast food! The bed was super comfy and the views from the deck were fabulous. Thank you for everything!!

The property and home were just as advertised. It was a great space for our two dogs and us. The pond in the mornings was beautiful to look out at. Jeremy was a great host, supplying snacks, breakfast items, drinks, coffee, etc... the best stocked fridge I've ever had at a VRBO. The location is perfect to downtown Manchester and a bunch of local things to do, like Equinox Valley Nursery and Mount Equinox. We had a great time and loved staying there.

Property was phenomenal, the host provided food snack drinks etc. house super clean and super cozy, wqs perfect for my family. The host also was kind enough to let us check in early and was more than accommodating to anything we needed. Can’t wait to stay back at this property! Highly recommended!

We booked the “little brown house” for a long weekend get away. IT WAS AMAZING. It was so peaceful. The view from the dock overlooking the koi pond is breath taking. The house it self has everything you need! Jeremy stocked the kitchen with breakfast foods, fruits, and has the perfect mixture of grab and go snacks (perfect for bringing on a hike on the surrounding trails). The bathroom had everything needed; shampoo, conditioner, body wash and much more. During our first night we had slight issues with the AC, but we reached out to Jeremy and he responded right away even offering to go out and buy a brand new one that day if it continued to act up. During our stay; we met Jeremy and his pup Dakota. They were very pleasant and gave us no issues at all, we only crossed paths twice in our 4 day stay. We throughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again!

Absolutely perfect. We have stayed in SO many rentals and this was by far our favorite. The koi pond right next to the house was truly amazing. The dogs were enthralled by the koi fish (and so were we, honestly). The house itself is adorable and very comfortable. Jeremy is a phenomenal host and clearly takes pride in what he does. The chicken coop and area behind the house and pond are also beautiful and fun to wander. Equinox pond is down the street and lye Brook falls hike is a very short drive! We highly recommend this place.

We stayed for 5 nights and loved every minute of it. The house is wonderful. There is such a calm vibe there because of the cozy home, the koi pond, his garden, and the mountains. The home came fully stocked with snacks, and other essentials. The home is in a great location, quiet yet just minutes from town. Jeremy is a very kind person and an incredible host, here’s a quick story: we wanted to use the grill but we were having some trouble with it. Jeremy came to help but noticed it was getting old and not working as well as it used to… so Jeremy bought a new grill and installed it the next morning! We really felt at home for our short stay. We hope to come back again. Thank you Jeremy.

Can't say enough about what a great place this is, and about Jeremy's wonderful hospitality. This is our 2nd time staying here, and we will come back whenever we stay in VT. The fridge, counter and bathroom were all stocked with tons of unexpected convenience items, and Jeremy was very responsive to our needs. Check-in and check out were contactless and easy. And the fresh-laid eggs from Jeremy's chickens were delicious. This is the perfect spot for a couple and a pet (although there is room for more), and the location is fantastic (just down the street from the Equinox hotel). Cannot praise this place enough!

This is the second time our family has stayed at this house. It is perhaps the best stocked rental house we have ever experienced including a fully stocked fridge and lots of snacks! The house is located just south of the center of town making it a quiet place to relax, yet convenient to all the attractions in the surrounding area.

Our stay at this cottage was awesome! We arrived after a winter storm and were not able to make our dinner reservations but Jeremy provides a full breakfast and snack offering that saved us. The bed was so comfy. He had subscriptions to all the streaming services loaded on the smart tv so we never ran out of things to watch. The location is perfect - minutes away from grocery/liquor stores and from the village center, and only 15 mins from Bromley Mtn or 30 from Stratton Resort. We will definitely stay here again during our next visit to Manchester. Thanks Jeremy!

Jeremy’s house was perfect for a ski weekend at Stratton, which is a little less than 30 minutes away. The trundle was perfect for our kids and the upstairs for us. King size bed is such a plus. Jeremey stocks the place, which was so appreciated! Close to amenities if you need them.

Very nice and cozy place to getaway for a few nights! Very close to Manchester and places to eat and things to do. Koi pond was very pretty and we enjoyed feeding them! Loved having coffee on the deck with a view of the mountains, before we went on our adventures!

We stayed at the guest house for 2 nights with our black lab. Jeremy’s hospitality was amazing! There were snacks and a full fridge waiting for us along with helpful guides to the area. Our dog had the best time swimming in the pond and watching the fish. It’s a very comfortable space in a stunning setting. Could not recommend more highly!

This was our first experience with VRBO and it was such a wonderful experience! We traveled from NJ to VT for a long weekend. The propery and amenities are exactly as listed. This home is the cutest little brown house! It is so close to downtown manchester, greeen mountain, stratton resort and not to mention a ton of hiking trails! My daughter took advantage of the koi pond in the back yard and loved to feed them. Jeremy always made sure the fish food was full for my daughter, which i thought was incredibly sweet. The house was very cleaned and fully stocked with things one would need to scope out the area. I cannot say anytbing negative. We will definitely be back. Thank you Jeremy for making our weekend a very memorable experience! 💚

I stayed here for a couple of nights with my 3 year old son, my mom and our 2 dogs. The house was cozy and warm when we arrived and fully stocked with not just snacks, but fresh eggs from the chickens on the property, pancake mix, maple syrup, organic milk and butter. My son loved going out to the pond to feed the koi fish and walking over to say hi to the chickens in the coop. It was a perfect little getaway for our group and the host couldn’t be more accommodating or thoughtful!

The location is perfect to downtown Manchester and a bunch of local things to do, like Equinox Valley Nursery and Mount Equinox. We had a great time and loved staying there.
The property and home were just as advertised. It was a great space for our two dogs and us. The pond in the mornings was beautiful to look out at. Jeremy was a great host, supplying snacks, breakfast items, drinks, coffee, etc... the best stocked fridge I've ever had at a VRBO. This house was fantastic. We didn’t have the best weather this Memorial Day weekend but the house, pond and view made up for it. Jeremy stocked the house with everything we could possibly need including fresh eggs from the resident chickens, bacon, snacks and so much more. It was quiet and the bed was super comfortable. Our dog enjoyed watching the beautiful fish in the pond and visiting the chickens. We can’t wait to return!

We had a great stay at Jeremy’s place for a local wedding! It is a cute little a-frame with a small kitchen, living room and large loft bedroom - perfect for a couples getaway! The views of the pond, field and mountains in the background from your porch and the Adirondack chairs on the pond are just beautiful. He goes above and beyond with snacks and breakfast items all waiting for you as well as a smart TV, great wifi and comfy pillows/bed. One of the best stocked places I’ve stayed! We didn’t meet Jeremy himself because he gives you your space unless you need him but he was available via message for any/all questions. Overall, 5 stars and would 100% stay again.

Can't say enough about what a great place this is, and about Jeremy's wonderful hospitality. This is our 2nd time staying here, and we will come back whenever we stay in VT. The fridge, counter and bathroom were all stocked with tons of unexpected convenience items, and Jeremy was very responsive to our needs. Check-in and check out were contactless and easy. And the fresh-laid eggs from Jeremy's chickens were delicious. This is the perfect spot for a couple and a pet (although there is room for more), and the location is fantastic (just down the street from the Equinox hotel). Cannot praise this place enough!

Such a stunning property! We stayed for over a week and it was perfect! Great location and the house had everything you might need. Jeremy also included fresh eggs and other breakfast items which made us feel extra cared for!I would highly recommend staying here.

Perfect for my son and I for our fly fishing weekend. Loved the koi pond, cleanliness, convenient location, and great communication from the host. Jeremy left a TON of food and drink for us, including farm fresh eggs from the chickens out back. Couldn't have asked for anything more!

What a joy this place is! Beautiful views, nice patio to view the mountains and pond. We felt so welcome. We were surprised to find the fridge stocked and a plethora of snacks and food for breakfast. We absolutely loved the koi fish pond, and love having the opportunity to feed the fish at the dock. Such a neat experience. Many birds in the back to watch and listen. There is also a path to a chicken coop in the back yard (it was quiet, but fun to walk over to it). It is a 5 min drive to the start of the trail to Equinox Summit, and 15 min to some other good trails. Can’t say enough good things.

We stayed in this sweet little cottage for the weekend. Cottage is clean and extremely well equipped. Host goes above and beyond stocking the kitchen. Fresh eggs included. The pond is stocked with coi and he supplies fish food. You will not be disappointed.

This cabin n is more than a place to stay. It is a relaxation destination. The Host provides all that is needed for a full breakfast including fresh eggs directly from his own chickens. The koi pond is mesmerizing. And then when you do decide to see the surrounding area you are not far from town or hiking. I really recommend this cabin if you are look to relax not far from the beaten path.

We loved it, a really beautiful property! A great deal, great communication, more stocked than any VRBO I've ever been in, - including multiple fresh fruits, zip locks, coffee & creamer, eggs, bacon, etc. Pet friendly was a big bonus for us, the koi fish and sunsets/sunrises and rainbows made it so special. This is a place I could photograph again and again and it'd never get old. It made the downtime from exploring really awesome!
