In general the home was good , great location, can walk to everything in town. A couple of suggestions. For the price of the weeks rental I would expect decent cookware, plates, utensils and flatware, It looks as if they were all bought at a yard sale. The mini splits T-Stats did not work and I would suggest a set of directions for them

Absolutely perfect! Location was steps away from the heart of Meredith. House was very spacious. Highly recommend!

A run down property. Broken AC units which were mentioned last June in guest book. A place where some investment is needed but obviously not made. Only close to downtown and nice kitchen.

It was a great stay very comfortable and quiet. It was very convenient and close to everything you need in walking distance..... Would definitely recommend and stay again

The location is great and walkable to Church's Landing and the commercial area of Meredith. The pictures make the home look a lot better than it is - the building is very old and the upstairs (bedrooms) has very low ceilings and the entire structure looks like it is slanting forward. The stairs are hard to carry any kind of suitcase up - they are narrow and there is low clearance. The upstairs bathroom does not have a shower (just a tub) so that everyone has to go downstairs to shower. The neighborhood is great to walk into Meredith, but I wouldn't call it charming - structures all look very beat up.
