Colorado Ranch — Hot Tub, Game Room & Pets OK

The stay was very good.

Hosts were above and beyond in their communication with us. Having rented through VRBO a number of times over the years we can say that this house was stocked like nothing we have experienced before. The house was so clean. We love the FairPlay area, got to experience Burro Days and just enjoy the quietness of the mountains! It was just what the family needed. One note: the driveway is a real challenge and the altitude is definitely something you need to adapt to….. but worth the climb!

This cabin made for such a relaxing, enjoyable stay. There were plenty of beds for our family and lots of room to just lounge throughout. The kitchen had everything we needed, there were several games to play, and the panoramic view of South Park out the living room windows was incredible! The location is very private, and in a gorgeous setting surrounded by aspens. It was so relaxing to sit in the hot tub every night watching distant lightning from thunderstorms.

We had a delightful family reunion and plan to come back next year. Plenty of room and activities! Location was perfect!

7 adults, 2 kids, 2 dogs. Family weekend, grandkids in town, there was plenty of space for all of us, very well appointed home , they had everything we forgot. Fenced in area was awesome for late night dog potty sessions. Awesome time , hosts were attentive and available. Beautiful views , loved our time there
