Our family has stayed in over 2 dozen VRBO vacation homes, and this was one of our favorites. Although the kitchen is not big, it is well equipped, clean and appliances were new. Location was great, just 2 blocks from the boardwalk & little town. Our 4 teen boys played shuffleboard and fusball into the late night, and that space offered them a santuary from grandparents.Quality linens are where I measure the amount of care put into a rental, and this house has extraordinary. In fact, it was in the details that this house excelled! 100%

Diana could not have been a better communicator. Property was as described. Great location with easy parking. Nice backyard. Everything you could want. And the personal note she left(with a little treasure) was absolutely lovely. We look forward to renting from her again!

We had a marvelous stay and Diana couldn’t have been a better, more responsive host. The house is old but beautifully maintained with an awesome wraparound veranda that is chock full of fun games. Everything you could need is supplied and the house is centrally located, in easy walking distance to the beach, shops, and restaurants. We had a fantastic stay!

I was worried that the house might be too small. NOT! It was perfect for 3 adults and 4 rambunctious kiddos. There were games in an enclosed front and side porch, a little back room air conditioned, nice living room and big dining room table. Kitchen, though small (we cook) was well stocked. And a back porch with table and gas grille. It was overall just charming, with a sea theme, lots of games and books. None of us (grown ups and kiddos) wanted to leave. And Diana, our host could not have been more hospitable.

We had such a great stay, both the kids and adults loved the house! It was a pretty hot weekend so we spent a lot of time at the house, the AC kept us very comfortable and we had a lot of fun with all the games. The kitchen had everything we could need and more, it was great to cook in. The beds and couches were super comfy and everything was spotless. It was also an easy walk to the beach and several restaurants. We really appreciated all the care the clearly went into making the house a fun and comfortable place to stay!

Can I just say….No need to stay anyplace else. Spoke with owner prior to arrival so accommodating, loved the personal touch and special treat left for us. Everything is there and available basically bring your food and drinks and your all set. Beds we’re very comfortable. Plenty of hot water and cold air conditioning. Nice backyard for a barbecue. Games a plenty. Nautilus Tavern on the corner had a great meal . Beach within walking distance and beach tags provided! Beautiful and very clean beach, perfect for small children!

The property was in excellent shape, clean, and easy to check in. There was shuffleboard, foosball, and a giant connect 4 game that occupied our kids. The house is walking distance to the boardwalk, the beach, ice cream, and restaurants. The house come with beach passes and the beach was perfect for families. Highly recommend!

We booked this house for our family of four and grandma over Memorial Day weekend. It was the perfect size and location for our needs. We went to the beach every day with the included beach passes—it’s a quiet, shallow, and protected cove, which is great for littles, and the pirate ship was a favorite. We enjoyed all the local restaurants and ice cream shops and also recommend the restaurants on the water in Deale. Otherwise, we brought the kids’ scooters and walked where we could. The kids loved the house and games there and cried when we left! The beds were comfy and the house had every convenience. Thank you!

Wonderful home! Spotless, quiet, and perfect! Only a very short walk to the boardwalk , beach, ice cream, shops, restaurants as well as children’s playground and beautiful new library! Owner, Diana, is easy to communicate with and makes guests feel like family!

The house is beautifully appointed and has very comfortable living room seating. The kitchen is well stocked. I like a firm beds and the larger beds are softer than what I like to sleep on. The cleaners do a great job. The house is spotless. We had perfect weather so I can't attest to the HVAC. The neighborhood is very safe and quiet. It is a very short walk to the boardwalk and into the area where most of the restaurants are located. We rented the house solely to get out of our house during a renovation and instead had a vacation!

The North Beach Cottage is a very well maintained and equipped home with great attention to detail and cleanliness. This was one of the best vacation homes in which we have ever stayed. We had such a lovely stay! The cottage was incredibly cute and charming and immaculately clean. The host reached out prior to make sure we knew how to get into the house and then we were welcomed with a handwritten card. The location was great- within walking distance to several restaurants. We were incredibly happy with our stay and highly recommend anyone coming to North Beach to book the North Beach Cottage.

My family of four loved this beautiful cottage. It was so clean, comfortable and well equipped with everything you need for an enjoyable stay. My kids (13,10) loved the games especially the shuffleboard. The decorations were lovely and the furniture very comfortable. It was a short walk to the beach, boardwalk, and restaurants. The host was very kind and easy to reach.This was such a charming property. We never wanted to leave.

Diana could not have been a better communicator. Property was as described. Great location with easy parking. Nice backyard. Everything you could want. And the personal note she left(with a little treasure) was absolutely lovely. We look forward to renting from her again!

The North Beach Cottage is a very well maintained and equipped home with great attention to detail and cleanliness. This was one of the best vacation homes in which we have ever stayed. The host contacted me via text with helpful and useful information prior to our stay. All in all, this was an excellent place to stay.

The house was spotless and had all the amenities that’s needed for an away from home trip. There is a feeling of peace and familiarity throughout the space with new discoveries in every room. Diana was fabulous and available for questions. We will be back to The Cottage for a future stay.

Beautiful cottage that you would never guess was an older home. Nice and clean and every detail was thought of. Plenty of fun games, charger for phone, extra outlets and usb ports by the beds, towels, kitchen extras, línens, you name it. You can pack light and not have to worry. Very responsive host. Highly recommend.

Loved it! This charming beach cottage was the perfect place to stay while attending wedding weekend events at Herrington Harbour and North Beach. The property was meticulously maintained. We were welcomed with a personal note. There was easy access to the property and clear directions for our stay. The cottage had very comfortable space to gather or have privacy. It was a short walk to dining, shops and the beach. Highly recommend!

We had such a great stay, both the kids and adults loved the house! It was a pretty hot weekend so we spent a lot of time at the house, the AC kept us very comfortable and we had a lot of fun with all the games. The kitchen had everything we could need and more, it was great to cook in. The beds and couches were super comfy and everything was spotless. It was also an easy walk to the beach and several restaurants. We really appreciated all the care the clearly went into making the house a fun and comfortable place to stay!

The property was in excellent shape, clean, and easy to check in. There was shuffleboard, foosball, and a giant connect 4 game that occupied our kids. The house is walking distance to the boardwalk, the beach, ice cream, and restaurants. The house come with beach passes and the beach was perfect for families. Highly recommend!

I was worried that the house might be too small. NOT! It was perfect for 3 adults and 4 rambunctious kiddos. There were games in an enclosed front and side porch, a little back room air conditioned, nice living room and big dining room table. Kitchen, though small (we cook) was well stocked. And a back porch with table and gas grille. It was overall just charming, with a sea theme, lots of games and books. None of us (grown ups and kiddos) wanted to leave. And Diana, our host could not have been more hospitable.
