Lakefront Okanagan Home with Large Private Patio, Lake View & Private Beach

Beautiful, large home. The host was very professional and expectations were more than reasonable. We loved it very much and will definitely book here again.

Victoria was an excellent host. The house was perfect for our family ski trip with 3 adult children. Everyone had enough space for together time and alone time. Equal distance to Silver Star and Big White.

The house was spacious and clean.Having the owner stay below us was a little uncomfortable- we felt we couldn’t make any noise and were maybe being watched. We were not allowed on the front deck after 10pm. The 130 steps to the beach are very steep and stairs and rails need repair, but the beach itself was beautiful.Having the host below us monitoring us felt a bit awkward. When we did reach out to Victoria, she was accessible always answered our questions though.

First of all, we were very disappointed to find out that the dock advertised was for swimming and not for regular boat use throughout the day. We were notified about the dock only 2 days prior to the trip, unable to cancel due to late notice. Secondly, the walk to the beach was advertised as “135 steps down to the beach” meaning a 135 open staircase steps that I wouldn’t recommend for anyone that’s over the age of 55 or anyone that isn’t in “great” shape. Also the pathway had steep incline with open trail. Notified upon arrival that the water was not drinkable. Barbecues were out of propane. Hostess lives in the basement has the backyard to herself always visible. Hostess has a dog the barks all night.
