This was a great stay. The place was very clean and private. We enjoyed the large yard and spending time with our dog playing outside. We also liked the location of how it was close to town but still rural and peaceful. Jerry was very nice and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The only thing we noticed is that the towel rack kept falling off the wall in the bathroom but i’m sure that would be a quick fix! Otherwise everything was perfect :)

Just delightful inside and out! Adorable and very functional decor, charming front porch to relax on, secluded and surrounded by by nature. The mini farm animals added an extra warm greeting!

We just stayed one night on our way through. We had our dog in tow and they allow dogs. Everything was wonderful, and local diner down the road was great! Super cute!

This was a fantastic stop on our road trip! The cabin is beautiful and was the perfect size for the two of us and our dogs. The best part was the farm animals and Bonnie, the sweetest LGD! We plan to stay here again. I can’t recommend them enough!!

1st of all communication with the host was fantastic from start to finish. We couldn't have asked for a more cozy, clean and comfortable place to spend the weekend. The cabin is close to everything you want or need with beautiful scenic mountain roads. The hobby farm animals were great. They leave dog treats for guest, which was awesome because we just fed them to their sweet guardian dog bonnie. She's the sweetest!! 5 stars all the way!!

This small cabin was the perfect size for 2! Cabin was spotless and fully stocked with plenty of towels, wash rags, & dish rags! Loved the animals and that our pet could tag along also. The evening sunset on the porch was perfect! Also the sound machine was great!

This little cabin has everything you need. It was clean, quiet, central and easy to access. Excellent communication with the property owner. We visited Bristol Motor Speedway and this location was perfect! Extra credit for having goats and a guard dog on the property

After a long car ride from Long Island, NY to come pick up our St. Bernard rescue in Tennessee- we desperately needed a good night sleep with our newest addition to our family. Everything was perfect! Super cute and clean, very easy to find. There were some guests staying above me but the only reason I knew they were there was because of the vehicle out front! 10/10! Definitely would stay here again!

We enjoyed our short stay here. We rented the lower apartment and our upstairs neighbors were very noisy so I would recommend booking the upstairs apartment. Otherwise it was clean and quaint.

Nice quaint and clean small cabin at a good price point. Perfect for just me and near to where I was having meetings. Probably just me, but didn't realize it was a duplex, upstairs and downstairs are separate units

Stayed 2 days to bike in the area prior to heading to Pigeon Forge.Good location, price and amenities. Sound proofing between the upstairs and downstairs rentals could be better. Definitely can hear upstairs people.

Let me start by saying that this is an adorable cabin! The cabin was clean and exactly as described. Besides groceries, there is everything you need for a few days! There are a handful SMALL things I would like to see fixed. There are small gaps or holes that need to be caulked around the windows. Someone stuffed some paper towels in there to block the bugs but is ineffective. The towel bar to the shower is loose and fell several times. And there were dirty towels in the washing machine when we checked in. Besides that, the cabin and town were exactly what we needed. We both look forward to next years visit to Bristol! P.S the upstairs is a separate rental, as said in the add. You hear EVERYTHING.. so if you want a cute/romantic getaway, you should rent both listings.

A big thank you to Jerry for the wonderful weekend in your cabin! There was everything you could possibly need and the details were so thought out! The location was close to everything around. Jerry was helpful with check in and finding the house in the dark (I would suggest finding it in the daylight). Loved waking up to be able to feed the dogs and goats! Don’t forget your quarters!! Would definitely stay again!

Cabin is very cozy and clean. The second night I noticed a partly flat tire and Jerry got his air compressor out to help me pump it up. Then I accidently left my favorite lunch box in the fridge, and he went out of his way to mail it back to me. Thankful. It is encouraging to know there are still some wonderful people in the world.

I spent a week here while looking around for real estate in North Eastern Tenneesse. I brought my 2 year old labrador with me and he had great time on the hobby farm. The cabin is in a great location especially if you are interested in Bristol motorsports. Its also a great jumping off spot for adventures in Tennesse's eastern moutains.

This little cabin has everything you need. It was clean, quiet, central and easy to access. Excellent communication with the property owner. We visited Bristol Motor Speedway and this location was perfect! Extra credit for having goats and a guard dog on the property

Our stay was lovely. The farm is beautiful, especially the sunsets. The animals are very cute and sweet, such a fun addition to the stay. The property was gorgeous, safe and peaceful. The cabin was perfect for our needs. Quaint and simple but had everything we needed. It was very clean and the host was responsive and helpful. We had a neighbor upstairs but it was still quiet and barely heard any noise with the exception of a few footsteps occasionally. The fire pit out back was nice and there were fireflies in the field to make it magical. Would definitely stay here again.
