We had an absolutely delightful stay at the "GRAND"! The rental itself was charming, well-maintained, and clean, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The living spaces were well-maintained and spotlessly clean, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The house came equipped with all the necessary amenities, making it convenient for guests to settle in and relax. The kitchen was fully functional, allowing for home-cooked meals. The amenities provided were plentiful and of high quality, making our stay comfortable and convenient. The location was perfect, offering easy access to local attractions and activities. Kathy was very gracious and accommodating to any concerns/questions we had. All in all, this vacation rental exceeded my expectations, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable and relaxing getaway. We can\'t wait to return! We booked this place for to stay at while we attend a family wedding and it was amazing! Very accommodating, friendly! Definitely worth the stay!

House is in the landing / taking off zone of SeaTac airport. Owner has "house" rules posted throughout the house. Sent a sheet of rules AFTER we booked the house. Example if someone came to "visit" during our stay that was $5 additional per person. "if we see more people on the property than booked . . . . you will be asked to leave - no refund." No shoes to be worn in the house". "Take the trash out when your leave" Etc., etc., etc., !! ! ! All bedroom are on the second floor. Master suite had bath and one hall bath for the other two bedrooms upstairs. NO bathrooms on the main level accessible. TV in great room very small (maybe a 42").
