My husband and I stayed here with my teenager and her friend. We woke up every morning to a breathtaking view and the sunrise woke the teens up happily as well. The cleanliness of this place was impeccable and better than all places we’ve stayed to date. Great place for peaceful walks, strolls on the beach side, and relaxation. The unit we stayed in didn’t have a designated deck (as I saw someone previous noted) however it had relaxing Adirondack chairs outside and we sat in them every night. We will come to this same spot every year and stay at any of the units. Five stars all the way. Thank you, from the whole family.

My Mom and I stayed here when we had to come for a funeral. We loved the view, the shared courtyard and the proximity to the beach. The place looked just like the photos and Sean was super responsive. Although there isn't a patio there is a huge lawn with chairs and a BBQ.

The view from the deck and the living room are gorgeous. Very comfortable and definitely enough room 1 or 2 people. As others have said it is a house that has been split into several units. The old stairway is still in the apartment but closed off with a door. You could definitely hear noise from the other units. So if you have a noise sensitivity like me be advised. I would definitely stay again but not on a busy week

Enjoy the View in the living room. Enjoy the view with a coastal breeze on the deck. Take a scenic 15-minute ramble in the view of the beach. Then chill on the beach. Return to the rental and cook or a 15-minute drive into Portsmouth for In-town dining.

Stunning open ocean views! This second floor one bedroom unit was clean and spacious with large open air side deck. Best suited for 2 people as the pull out sofa bed was not as comfortable for an added adult.

Very sad to say not happy. Location treated for ants before arriving and were not told ants still there. No outdoor furniture like pictures and were not told would not be there. Linens floors shower curtain dirty. Management aware and we’re nice to call but I already cleaned and brought my own linens. Had to purchase a new blanket and was met with ants on the couch while trying to relax. Hadn’t traveled in 3 years and this was disappointing and ended up leaving earlier than planned. Super not happy

Not as clean as we hoped. Hair in the shower from previous visitors, bread crumbs on kitchen counter and in utensil drawer and other surfaces that were obviously not cleaned properly.The host was very good staying in touch throughout if we needed anything.

I booked the trip rather last minute, but I was impressed at how quickly it was to communicate with the renter. The view is picturesque and absolutely gorgeous. If I had any questions, I was given responses very quickly. My partner and I actually slept on the couch instead of the bed so that we could wake up with the view and sound of the ocean as close as possible. It was perfect! Nice and private, wouldn’t have known there was anyone else is the other couple units of the home. Literally steps to the beach and quick drive to town and Portsmouth/Kittery! We definitely will be staying again!

The check in process was extremely straightforward and this place had a great view of the ocean. Everything was comfortable and clean. Only thing is the walls are very thin making it so you can hear and feel (feeling being the vibrations of any music played) anyone in the rooms next door or below. Other than that everything was perfect.

The location is fantastic and the views are amazing! We would absolutely stay here again. The only thing was that the pillows were really flat with almost no support- get new pillows and this would be 100% perfect!

It was an easy process for getting in. The kitchen facility was perfect for our use. We watched the sunrise and full moon rise from the picture window, it was amazing. The owner is very responsive about any questions. Do note it is a bottom floor condo with people above. It is very comfortable and great location to go to Maine, Portsmouth, or just the beach down the street.

Quick Trip up the coast for a friend's celebration. There were six of us and fix just fine between the two units we booked. GREAT location and quick to get to Portsmouth for dinner reservations. Great and timely communication from the owner and would absolutely rent again. Only issue (very small), was that one of the codes to the door at check in didn't work but that was a quick call to the owner who gave us a new code to enter and we were good to go. Thanks again Sean and team for having us!

What a fabulous place to stay. The apartment was furnished beautifully and the views were spectacular. Everything was clean and the coffee and supplies were such a nice touch. The property manager was so helpful and quick to respond. Would definitely rate it 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Our stay in this condo was wonderful. The view out the front window is magnificent. The condo itself is in great proximity to local beaches and restaurants, and only a short drive to Portsmouth. We will definitely stay here again.

It is very comfortable and great location to go to Maine, Portsmouth, or just the beach down the street.
It was an easy process for getting in. The kitchen facility was perfect for our use. We watched the sunrise and full moon rise from the picture window, it was amazing. The owner is very responsive about any questions. Do note it is a bottom floor condo with people above. Enjoy the View in the living room. Enjoy the view with a coastal breeze on the deck. Take a scenic 15-minute ramble in the view of the beach. Then chill on the beach. Return to the rental and cook or a 15-minute drive into Portsmouth for In-town dining.

I booked the trip rather last minute, but I was impressed at how quickly it was to communicate with the renter. The view is picturesque and absolutely gorgeous. If I had any questions, I was given responses very quickly. My partner and I actually slept on the couch instead of the bed so that we could wake up with the view and sound of the ocean as close as possible. It was perfect! Nice and private, wouldn’t have known there was anyone else is the other couple units of the home. Literally steps to the beach and quick drive to town and Portsmouth/Kittery! We definitely will be staying again!

Quick Trip up the coast for a friend's celebration. There were six of us and fix just fine between the two units we booked. GREAT location and quick to get to Portsmouth for dinner reservations. Great and timely communication from the owner and would absolutely rent again. Only issue (very small), was that one of the codes to the door at check in didn't work but that was a quick call to the owner who gave us a new code to enter and we were good to go. Thanks again Sean and team for having us!

Our stay in this condo was wonderful. The view out the front window is magnificent. The condo itself is in great proximity to local beaches and restaurants, and only a short drive to Portsmouth. We will definitely stay here again.

What a fabulous place to stay. The apartment was furnished beautifully and the views were spectacular. Everything was clean and the coffee and supplies were such a nice touch. The property manager was so helpful and quick to respond. Would definitely rate it 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Did not appreciate the nickel and dime approach to pricing with the add-ons. Would prefer to see all options up front so its easier to plan total cost when comparing to other options.

Not as clean as we hoped. Hair in the shower from previous visitors, bread crumbs on kitchen counter and in utensil drawer and other surfaces that were obviously not cleaned properly.The host was very good staying in touch throughout if we needed anything.
