The booking process was very easy, and Cynthia was quick to respond to my questions. The house was very clean and AC units were a plus on a couple hot days. We enjoyed dinner and sunsets every night. Easy walking to the beach with family. Beautiful property!

The house was meticulously clean and had all the necessary amenities. The view of the ocean was incredible. We were there during a spectacular full moon. Being at a walking distance to Wallis beach was definitely a bonus. I loved everything about the house and location. The only two things I need to remark on is that the tub in the master bedroom upstairs had a leak when taking a bath. It leaked down to the pantry. This did not happen when taking a shower. It should definitely be looked at. The second issue, is the door on the main floor bathroom. The door locked when closed and could not be opened from the outside or inside. We had to take the door off its hinges to open it. I believe a new doorknob would resolved this problem. I am also wondering if a security deposit was taken and if so when will it be reimbursed. We had a lovely time and would most definitely recommend it.

I rented the property in July, 2022. The house was easy to locate and the views of the ocean were spectacular. Good proximity to activities. Not a house for anyone with mobility issues or handicaps. The interior was a bit dated but functional. The only complaint was the lack of air conditioning in the downstairs bedrooms. It was uncomfortable during a hot summer week.
