The owner, Elaine, could not have been more helpful for great dining suggestions and beach/boat activities and very quick to respond to any of our questions. The 60 step climb from the parking lot is an obvious deterrent for entering and exiting the property once or twice a day. Also, in the absence of an oven or microwave cooking is restricted. Otherwise, it is clean and well maintained.

Fantastic beaches can be reached by car within 15 to 30 minutes. If you like to cook after a day at the beach, and eat with a view on the sea, there is no nicer place for you to be..The host brought new towels at our request and also the pool was cleaned during our stay.There is an outdoor shower with hot water, which we enjoyed daily.We had a great time with our friends there.

Voor mensen slecht ter been of slechte conditie niet geschikt, omdat er te veel trappen naar het entree zijn.Geen zeezicht vanuit het zwembad.In 1 slaapkamer bed van 1.40 meter breed, wat minder confortabel is.Verder goede airconditioning en goede uitvalsbasis naar mooie stranden

We spent a week at this villa in Sardinia. The location is very peaceful with stunning sea views from the outside terrace. The villa is quite remote, so a car is essential, although several excellent beaches and restaurants are a short drive away.The villa has many nice outdoor areas, including the outside pool. A slight downside was the lack of an oven, which made cooking more limited than expected.Before arrival, the check-in information and process was a little vague. However, once we arrived (after negotiating the locked gate on the access road!) Sergio was there to meet us and help with our bags. He also gave us some great hints / tips for things to see and do in the area and very kindly left a few cold drinks in the fridge that were very welcome after a long day of travelling. Sergio also kept in touch during our stay to check on how things were going.

Es war eine tolle, sehr entspannte Woche ohne Zwänge in einer traumhaften Umgebung. Wir haben es genossen, in der ersten Urlaubswoche einfach zu tun was wir wollen. Das Haus von Sergio war dazu ideal. Komfortabel, super designt und detailreich ausgestattet. Empfang und Unterstützung des Eigentümers - sehr freundlich. Auch dass wir einen unkomplizierten early check-in und einen late-check out machen durften - wunderbar. Einzige Abweichung von unserer Erwartung: der Pool liegt hinterm Haus, umgeben von Mauerwerk, ohne Sicht, und auch der Blick vom WoZi direkt auf die Poolmauer ist nicht sehr schön. Das ist aber auch alles an "Enttäuschung". Danke für eine schöne Urlaubswoche!

Abbiamo soggiornato in 10 persone dal 14 al 23 luglio in questa struttura, la casa è comoda e si adatta bene a gruppi di più famiglie, giardino ben curato, veduta spettacolare e con la macchina si raggiungono molte spiagge meravigliose in 15/20 minuti. Qualche consiglio però lo vogliamo dare, probabilmente è stata la settimana più calda ed era praticamente impossibile dormire senza condizionatori, questi però sono un po' datati e faticano a fare fresco inoltre su richiesta del proprietario dovevamo spegnerli quando non eravamo a casa. Il fatto che non si può usare la carta igienica nei bagni era segnalato in una recensione però crea parecchio disagio soprattutto perchè in alcuni bagni non c'è pressione degli scarichi e bisogna aiutare buttando un secchio d'acqua nel wc. La cosa importante però da segnalare anche nella descrizione della casa è la presenza di tantissimi gatti perchè se qualcuno è allergico si rovina la vacanza. Ce ne sono tantissimi, occupano e rendono impraticabile la zona barbeque oltre all'odore che purtroppo si sente anche se il Sig. Salvatore passa tutti i giorni. Una sera abbiamo dimenticato nel tavolo fuori una borsa e alla mattina si vedeva palesemente che qualche gatto aveva controllato il contenuto. Ultimo consiglio....togliere tutti i mobili recuperati e accatastati all'esterno....non fanno un bel vedere.

We had a fantastic stay in that wonderful house. The view is amazing! We also enjoyed the pool and the famous beach „Mari Pintau“ is only a 10 Min. drive away. The house, especially the kitchen is equipped with everything you might need, even a little air fryer was available. The Communication with Sergio was easy and nice. The stairs to reach the house haven‘t been a Problem at all. Plus, The elevated position of the house on the hill ensures the amazing views.

Lovely home with a fantastic view. Comfortable beds with air conditioning. The beaches are amazing in Sardinia but it was nice to also have a swim in the pool. 60 steps to get to house was a bit of a struggle especially if you had lots of shoppping and your suitcases. Thankyou Sergio for meeting us when we arrived and your help taking our suitcases upto house.

Alles lief problemlos, die Kommunikation vorab und die Verabredung zur Übergabe. Das Haus wurde dann durch Sergio persönlich übergeben. Es war sauber und ist sehr umfangreich ausgestattet. Auch im Nachgang wurden Fragen sehr schnell beantwortet. Mehr kann ich nicht erwarten. Das Haus selber ist sehr schön und modern eingerichtet. Der Blick ist sensationell und jeden Abend kann man wunderschöne Sonnenuntergänge genießen.Fußläufig geht allerdings nichts. Egal, ob es an einen der schönen Strände der Umgebung gehen soll, zum Einkaufen oder zum Restaurantbesuch: ein Auto ist unabdingbar. Danke an Sergio.

The vacation apartment is located in a beautiful, quiet area with a fantastic view. There are also numerous beautiful beaches in the surrounding area that can be reached in a short time. The house itself offers a lot of space and is therefore also suitable for larger families or groups. We would particularly like to highlight the hosts—they were consistently friendly, courteous, and always helpful. Communication was also absolutely smooth.However, we were less satisfied with the furnishings and cleanliness. Although there are many things in abundance (e.g., towels, pots, dishes), some of the furnishings are very old and unfortunately no longer in a clean condition. For example, we found greasy pans in the kitchen and very old toilet brushes. This was particularly disappointing considering the high cleaning fee of 300 that we paid. There is an urgent need for improvement here.Overall, the negative points outweigh the positive ones for us – therefore, despite its beautiful location and friendly hosts, we would probably not book the house again.

Quelle déception... Serviettes de toilette et draps déchirés, usés. Pas d'eau chaude pour se doucher. Infiltrations, fourmilière, toiles d'araignée dans les chambres . 3 chambres en sous-sol dont 1 sans fenêtre. Dommage très belle vue. Du potentiel.

La casa ha un potenziale da 1000 peccato che la sua resa è 10.Ho viaggiato con la mia famiglia e altre tre famiglie: 8 adulti e 7 bambini/ragazzi (dai 7 ai 13 anni).Nulla da eccepire sulla disponibilità di Salvatore che, coaudiuvato da Francesco, hanno sempre risposto, sia prima del nostro arrivo che durante il soggiorno alle nostre richieste. Il check-in è stato perfetto; siamo arrivati a tarda notte da Olbia perchè la nave ha fatto ritardo ma le indicazioni forniteci per raggiungere l'alloggio sono state ottime.Devo, però, dare dei suggerimenti a Salvatore perchè gli ospiti poi non abbiano sorprese! Se nell'annuncio vengono indicati dei servizi, questi devono essere presenti e funzionanti:- maggior pulizia quando si consegna la casa agli ospiti. Abbiamo trovato la casa con molta polvere, ragnatele, i fondi dei WC sporchi, lavastoviglie ancora carica, il forno inutilizzabile anche dopo aver tentato di pulirlo.- cambio delle lenzuola e degli asciugamani. E' vero che una volta lavati a 90 sono utilizzabili ma la presentazione non è delle migliori.- aria condizionata da sistemare. - sintonizzazione delle TV.- wifi pressoché inesistente.- zona barbecue da sistemare.- stoviglie, posate e pentolame da sostituire.Ma cosa più importante: inserire nell'annuncio che non si può utilizzare la carta igienica perché si intasa la fognatura e non comunicarlo all'arrivo come è successo a noi! Die Villa hat einen grandiosen und nicht zu übertreffenden Ausblick auf das Meer. Sie ist sehr geschmackvoll und schön eingerichtet, die Außenanlagen und der Pool sind sehr gepflegt. Hier kann man sich wirklich vom Alltag erholen. Wir fühlten uns in der Villa richtig wohl. Ein kleines Paradies. Vielen Dank für die nette Kommunikation an Elaine und Sergio

Wir haben die Woche in der Villa mit Traumlage enorm genossen. Die Sicht von der Terrasse ist atemberaubend, die Kinder haben den Pool mega genossen und wir Eltern fanden es einfach wohltuend und entspannend, mit einem Kaffee am Morgen oder einem Glas Wein am Abend das Meer zu bestaunen! Elaine und Sergio haben sich zuerst direkt persönlich und dann von Ferne super um uns „gekümmert“ - das Nachfragen von Elaine, ob alles gut laufe nach ein paar Tagen haben wir sehr geschätzt. Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sauber. Die Küche ist gut, gewisse Utensilien (Pfannen, Kochtöpfe, Messer) könnten etwas „kochfreundlicher“ sein. Zu beachten ist, dass ohne Auto nicht viel zu machen ist - zum Meer, zum einkaufen, zu den Restaurants ist ein Auto unabdingbar. Herzlichen Dank an Elaine und Sergio für die tolle Woche in ihrer Villa! P.S. Die Feigen waren soooooo gut! ☺️

Elaine und Sergio haben sich zuerst direkt persönlich und dann von Ferne super um uns „gekümmert“ - das Nachfragen von Elaine, ob alles gut laufe nach ein paar Tagen haben wir sehr geschätzt. Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sauber. Die Küche ist gut, gewisse Utensilien (Pfannen, Kochtöpfe, Messer) könnten etwas „kochfreundlicher“ sein. Zu beachten ist, dass ohne Auto nicht viel zu machen ist - zum Meer, zum einkaufen, zu den Restaurants ist ein Auto unabdingbar. Belle et grande maison avec du potentiel, une vue superbe, une belle terrasse où passer de bons moments. Perchée en haut d'une colline, il faut utiliser la voiture pour aller en ville ou à la plage. La propreté laisse à désirer, il n'y a pas assez d'ustensile de cuisine, la déco et équipements sont vieillots... Nous avons eu un problème d'égouts qui sont remontés dans la douche pendant notre séjour, qui a été réglé dès le lendemain par notre hôte. Il y a 2 chambres en sous-sol sans fenêtres... elles sont fraiches en été, mais pas très agréable à vivre. La maison est assez spacieuse mais pas très bien agencée. Le prix est honnête.

On arrival we met Sergio (the owner) who is warm and welcoming. The house is bright and spacious with an amazing private secluded pool outside. The house is well equipped with most of the home comforts of a family home with the exception of an oven, which requires a little creativity at times. The acoustics are a little challenging if you have little ones who are light sleepers but on the whole it’s fine. The gated complex is safe and a great base to explore the many wonderful beaches that the area offers. The guest book that Sergio has developed over many years is the ideal starting point to plan your days and as he put it you can learn from the experiences. In short this is a really nice house and well worth booking for your next family holiday. Have a great time.

Lovely home with a fantastic view. Comfortable beds with air conditioning. The beaches are amazing in Sardinia but it was nice to also have a swim in the pool. 60 steps to get to house was a bit of a struggle especially if you had lots of shoppping and your suitcases. Thankyou Sergio for meeting us when we arrived and your help taking our suitcases upto house.

Fantastic beaches can be reached by car within 15 to 30 minutes. If you like to cook after a day at the beach, and eat with a view on the sea, there is no nicer place for you to be..The host brought new towels at our request and also the pool was cleaned during our stay.There is an outdoor shower with hot water, which we enjoyed daily.We had a great time with our friends there.

This little villa was just the ticket for our family (2 adults, two girls 16 and 20). We appreciated the modern design, fittings, the abundance of kitchen utensils and crockery. The view is stunning. The location is great, between Villasimius and Poetto, there are a wealth of beautiful beaches to visit - the cool box and beach umbrellas were super handy, thanks. A good supermarket is close by and even a recommended pizza take out restaurant! That said a car hire is recommended. BUT beware when booking and collecting your car at Cagliari airport if you have a commonly shortened name (Ben, Benjamin) because if all your id’s credit card and car hire reservation don’t match identically they will deny you your car! We were luckily able to hire another from a local company but please be warned! So after a very stressful start to our holiday Sergio could not have given us a more relaxed and welcoming check in, thankfully with some cold drinks already in the fridge! I highly recommend this property.

We spent a week at this villa in Sardinia. The location is very peaceful with stunning sea views from the outside terrace. The villa is quite remote, so a car is essential, although several excellent beaches and restaurants are a short drive away.The villa has many nice outdoor areas, including the outside pool. He also gave us some great hints / tips for things to see and do in the area and very kindly left a few cold drinks in the fridge that were very welcome after a long day of travelling. Sergio also kept in touch during our stay to check on how things were going.

Elaine and Sergio were excellent hosts, arrival instructions were perfect and easy to follow, they provided a list of local amenities, activities and restaurants and checked in on us (by text) during the holiday and when we did have a slight problem, they responded within minutes. The Villa was also perfect (if you don't mind a few steps), the view over south Sardinia/Cagliari was amazing and the photos don't do it justice and the pool was fabulous as was the whole villa! We had a fantastic stay in that wonderful house. The view is amazing! We also enjoyed the pool and the famous beach „Mari Pintau“ is only a 10 Min. drive away. The house, especially the kitchen is equipped with everything you might need, even a little air fryer was available. The Communication with Sergio was easy and nice. The stairs to reach the house haven‘t been a Problem at all. Plus, The elevated position of the house on the hill ensures the amazing views.

The vacation apartment is located in a beautiful, quiet area with a fantastic view. There are also numerous beautiful beaches in the surrounding area that can be reached in a short time. The house itself offers a lot of space and is therefore also suitable for larger families or groups. We would particularly like to highlight the hosts—they were consistently friendly, courteous, and always helpful. Communication was also absolutely smooth.However, we were less satisfied with the furnishings and cleanliness. Although there are many things in abundance (e.g., towels, pots, dishes), some of the furnishings are very old and unfortunately no longer in a clean condition. For example, we found greasy pans in the kitchen and very old toilet brushes. This was particularly disappointing considering the high cleaning fee of 300 that we paid. There is an urgent need for improvement here.Overall, the negative points outweigh the positive ones for us – therefore, despite its beautiful location and friendly hosts, we would probably not book the house again.

The location is great, between Villasimius and Poetto, there are a wealth of beautiful beaches to visit - the cool box and beach umbrellas were super handy, thanks. A good supermarket is close by and even a recommended pizza take out restaurant! That said a car hire is recommended. BUT beware when booking and collecting your car at Cagliari airport if you have a commonly shortened name (Ben, Benjamin) because if all your id’s credit card and car hire reservation don’t match identically they will deny you your car! We were luckily able to hire another from a local company but please be warned! So after a very stressful start to our holiday Sergio could not have given us a more relaxed and welcoming check in, thankfully with some cold drinks already in the fridge! I highly recommend this property.

La maison se trouve perchée sur une colline accessible facilement en voiture. Pas de "vrai" parking mais plusieurs places sur la route en face de l'entrée. La maison est très confortable et spacieuse. Tout est en palier pour descendre de la rue vers le fond du jardin. Nous étions 11 et nous avons chacun eu notre espace à nous tout en profitant des espaces communs. Le jardin est vaste et plein de plantes. Une petite mare avec des nénuphars complète le paysage. Amis des animaux vous trouverez des chats sauvages qui partagent le jardin avec vous tout en restant à l abri des touristes de passage. Salvatore a été un hôte agréable et à l'écoute. Petit bémol : équipement cuisine à compléter par une vraie cafetière et une bouilloire et quelques bassines pour le linge seraient appréciables. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour.

We spent a week at this villa in Sardinia. The location is very peaceful with stunning sea views from the outside terrace. The villa is quite remote, so a car is essential, although several excellent beaches and restaurants are a short drive away.The villa has many nice outdoor areas, including the outside pool. A slight downside was the lack of an oven, which made cooking more limited than expected.Before arrival, the check-in information and process was a little vague. However, once we arrived (after negotiating the locked gate on the access road!) Sergio was there to meet us and help with our bags. He also gave us some great hints / tips for things to see and do in the area and very kindly left a few cold drinks in the fridge that were very welcome after a long day of travelling. Sergio also kept in touch during our stay to check on how things were going.

We had a fantastic stay in that wonderful house. The view is amazing! We also enjoyed the pool and the famous beach „Mari Pintau“ is only a 10 Min. drive away. The house, especially the kitchen is equipped with everything you might need, even a little air fryer was available. The Communication with Sergio was easy and nice. The stairs to reach the house haven‘t been a Problem at all. Plus, The elevated position of the house on the hill ensures the amazing views.

Lovely home with a fantastic view. Comfortable beds with air conditioning. The beaches are amazing in Sardinia but it was nice to also have a swim in the pool. 60 steps to get to house was a bit of a struggle especially if you had lots of shoppping and your suitcases. Thankyou Sergio for meeting us when we arrived and your help taking our suitcases upto house.

Wir haben die Woche in der Villa mit Traumlage enorm genossen. Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sauber. Die Küche ist gut, gewisse Utensilien (Pfannen, Kochtöpfe, Messer) könnten etwas „kochfreundlicher“ sein. Zu beachten ist, dass ohne Auto nicht viel zu machen ist - zum Meer, zum einkaufen, zu den Restaurants ist ein Auto unabdingbar. The owner, Elaine, could not have been more helpful for great dining suggestions and beach/boat activities and very quick to respond to any of our questions. The 60 step climb from the parking lot is an obvious deterrent for entering and exiting the property once or twice a day. Also, in the absence of an oven or microwave cooking is restricted. Otherwise, it is clean and well maintained.

Belle et grande maison avec du potentiel, une vue superbe, une belle terrasse où passer de bons moments. Perchée en haut d'une colline, il faut utiliser la voiture pour aller en ville ou à la plage. La propreté laisse à désirer, il n'y a pas assez d'ustensile de cuisine, la déco et équipements sont vieillots... Nous avons eu un problème d'égouts qui sont remontés dans la douche pendant notre séjour, qui a été réglé dès le lendemain par notre hôte. Il y a 2 chambres en sous-sol sans fenêtres... elles sont fraiches en été, mais pas très agréable à vivre. La maison est assez spacieuse mais pas très bien agencée. Le prix est honnête.

The house is well equipped with most of the home comforts of a family home with the exception of an oven, which requires a little creativity at times. Fantastic beaches can be reached by car within 15 to 30 minutes. If you like to cook after a day at the beach, and eat with a view on the sea, there is no nicer place for you to be..The host brought new towels at our request and also the pool was cleaned during our stay.There is an outdoor shower with hot water, which we enjoyed daily.We had a great time with our friends there.

Abbiamo soggiornato in 10 persone dal 14 al 23 luglio in questa struttura, la casa è comoda e si adatta bene a gruppi di più famiglie, giardino ben curato, veduta spettacolare e con la macchina si raggiungono molte spiagge meravigliose in 15/20 minuti. Qualche consiglio però lo vogliamo dare, probabilmente è stata la settimana più calda ed era praticamente impossibile dormire senza condizionatori, questi però sono un po' datati e faticano a fare fresco inoltre su richiesta del proprietario dovevamo spegnerli quando non eravamo a casa. Il fatto che non si può usare la carta igienica nei bagni era segnalato in una recensione però crea parecchio disagio soprattutto perchè in alcuni bagni non c'è pressione degli scarichi e bisogna aiutare buttando un secchio d'acqua nel wc. La cosa importante però da segnalare anche nella descrizione della casa è la presenza di tantissimi gatti perchè se qualcuno è allergico si rovina la vacanza. Ce ne sono tantissimi, occupano e rendono impraticabile la zona barbeque oltre all'odore che purtroppo si sente anche se il Sig. Salvatore passa tutti i giorni. Una sera abbiamo dimenticato nel tavolo fuori una borsa e alla mattina si vedeva palesemente che qualche gatto aveva controllato il contenuto. Ultimo consiglio....togliere tutti i mobili recuperati e accatastati all'esterno....non fanno un bel vedere.

The house, especially the kitchen is equipped with everything you might need, even a little air fryer was available. The Communication with Sergio was easy and nice.
