CHALET EL VILA - VUES MAGNIFIQUES

We loved staying at the villa and had a great time! The villa has the most breathtaking views and has everything we needed. It was very clean and well equipped. The pool was definitely a beautiful cherry on top. It might be useful for some to mention that we used a buses which stopped on the main road and were quite frequent. It’s a steep walk towards the villa so wasn’t ideal with kids but totally worth it for the views. Also, some of us had a reaction to mosquito bites so taking antihistamines might be a good idea. The agency was very efficient and kept in touch throughout. All the information provided to useful and relevant. Many thanks for a wonderful holiday and we hope to come back again. A couple more umbrellas by the pool are essential as we had 3 little kids and couldn’t fit them under one umbrella not to mention adults. It’s a problem during the hottest part of the day when we were most likely to use the pool- there is no shade by the pool area at that point.

We had a great time at the Villa. It was clean, comfortable and very well looked after. It had everything we needed from sheets, towels, mosquito plugs and the welcome package was fantastic to get us started. It was welcoming and safe and Owl checked in on us regularly so it was great to know they were available it needed. Located perfectly close to town so we could walk or drive depending on the day, and also located close to nearby sites. We loved the pool most of all! The laundry room had a terrible smell, but I understand it was the nature of the room. Also sun umbrellas would be a good idea

Fabulous location with great views. Plenty of space. We especially enjoyed the roomy outdoor terass overlooking the pool and where we could enjoy the view over Puerto Pollenca and the sea. Easy to check in, even when we arrived very late and in the dark. Although the Villa had everything we needed, the kitchen is a little dated and in need of repair. A few pieces of the outdoor furniture were in need of repair and attention. Some of the chairs around the outdoor dining table were broken and uncomfortable. The toilet in the bigger bathroom didn’t flush very well and took forever to fill up again. The access to the house was very steep and the stairs up to the front door difficult. I would have wished for a sturdier hand rail and on both sides of the steps. I don’t remember this mentioned in the info. It didn’t pose too much of a difficulty but I think it would be useful to mention in the info about the accommodation. None of the above takes away the fact that it was a great place!

Die Unterkunft war sauber, großzügig und gemütlich. Es war alles ausreichend vorhanden. Die Anlage war sauber und gepflegt. Der hatte eine maximale Tiefe von 1,5m, somit auch für Kinder geeignet. Trotz umliegender Nachbarn war es sehr ruhig. Der Ausblick von der Terasse auf die Bucht war einfach traumhaft.

Location, Seaview, terrasse Madrasses to sunbeds was missing . Sunbeds was very hard. The tabletennis was locked in a garage but the Owl Office helped us so we could Play.
