Gorgeous Family Retreat | Games, FirePit & Parking

Lots of room in this very big house. - Perfect for large families. We were 6 adults (2 elderly) and there were more beds to spare and lots of room. 10 people could easily be comfortable here, maybe more. - There are stairs but not a lot and not steep and long, so our older folks were fine. And besides the top bedroom (with a bath and 2 big beds which would be great for a family of 4 with 2 small kids that sleep in beds), you don't have far to go to get around even though the house is big.- Very clean.- Great kitchen for a rental; had spices and pots and pans. Usable and useful. - Big, nice TVs in various nice sitting areas (and at least one of the bedrooms, maybe 2...) for when you don't want to be with your in-laws. :-0 - Lots of parking, on the street in the driveway and in the garage (though we didn't use that.) - AC throughout which will be important on hot summer days as this area of SD can bake in the sun.- The property manager (or perhaps owners, whoever is managing the rental) is great -- super communicative, very accommodating. A few nitpicks:- The house feels very much like a rental property with not a lot of personality. No plants. It's a little staid. We got used to it but it's not comfy/cozy if that's your thing. - It's up a hill. You can walk around the neighborhood, and get to it by car easily, but you aren't walking to shops.- The backyard has fake grass and no plants, so not very warm and inviting.

We had an incredible stay! The house is spacious, clean, and we'll cared for. All of the beds were comfortable and it was picture perfect. We will definitely stay here again if we have another family vacation in the San Diego area.

Home was in an amazing area with TONS of space to spread out in a quiet area with beautiful views. The house had plenty of parking and was very clean.

Great house and an abundant of space for 13 of us! Location was great too.
