Everything was clean and well decorated! The appliances, furniture were new and nice! We enjoy our time in family. It is a beautiful place to relax and enjoy the landscape. We could bring our puppy too! I highly recommend this place and we would came back another time.

The cabin was even better than in pictures- very spacious and adorable. Decor was exceptional, very cozy. Lots of space to walk around, big front and back area. Off the grid experience without the hassle of worrying about necessities- great internet connection!

We loved the location. The cabin was fully stocked with all of the necessities. My husband loved sitting on the swing listening to the woodpeckers. Close to the river, just the road leading to it needs some care.

This cabin was awesome. Clean, spacious, beds were so comfy. Lots of space for my dog to walk. Fireplace outside was relaxing. The stars were amazing in this secluded area. Kathy was quick to respond when I messaged her. She was friendly and explained everything so well. I had asked about checkout and she told me that she had no problems with us checking out at 11am. We explored the property and found the pond nearby. It was so beautiful but beware of water moccasins in the pond. So many beautiful pine cones. Picked up a few. And Presbytarian Falls is closeby and its beautiful too. Cant wait to come back here again.

Our cabin was absolutely perfect. It was super clean, nicely decorated and had everything we needed. We sat by the fire, played dominoes on a portable pub table, ate at several great restaurants in town and enjoyed our visit very much! We would recommend this property highly!

We had a really good time. It was quite and only one other cabin close to us. The cabin was beautiful and furnished which made it so easy. We just brought what food we wanted and some outside games and had a wonderful time. The owners are really friendly and great people. If your looking for a really nice peaceful getaway I would definitely recommend this place.

Such a cute little cabin. We had a great time just hanging out by the fire. Very quiet area, peaceful. Really enjoyed our time. Communication with the host was amazing as well.

The cabin and property were perfectly setup for our long weekend getaway. Everything went smoothly and as soon as you walked in it smelled so clean and was cleaned very well. This was a wonderful place to meet family for a visit. It is quiet and calm. The birds were singing most of the time and the space was well equipped for family meals. We brought our dogs and they enjoying laying on the large front porch while we played cards on afternoons. It was a short drive to the touristy activity in Broken Bow. The property manager was fantastic! We met her family and they were all so kind.

The place is awesome! We enjoyed our stay, the cabin is well equipped with all you need. I would recommend this place! Only thing I did not like was shelves in the kitchen, the floor and underneath the beds was very dusty. If you get charge a cleaning fee it should be 100% clean. But I didn't let that ruin my stay!

Very peaceful area, no road noise!!! Everything was nice and clean , decorated nicely, good linens and comfortable mattresses . I enjoyed the short drive in the country after you left the main highway!! It’s been a long time since I’ve seen black squirrels I really enjoyed watching them!!! Overall just a enjoyable place to stay!!

The cabin is very well maintained, clean, and the design is very impressive! It is your dream farmhouse style cabin! It is secluded enough to give you a privacy and you can enjoy watching deer in the morning. The Owner responded to our texts/questions immediately. We had a great mini vacation and we'll be back!

We have been coming here for the past few years as we love the seclusion. It is so dark here that on a clear sky night, we can actually see the milky way along with the gazillion stars. It's our favorite part of staying at The Setting Sun. The beds are so comfortable as well. Kathy is so easy going and very responsive to any questions that I have had as well.

Thank You for a Great place to stay , we enjoyed our stay. Seen some Whitetails and other critters running around ,this place was everything as listed. Owners were really nice and helpful with where to ride UTV’s Lake trip and Zip line was awesome This is a place we will be back to Brian Gochnour

We enjoyed our stay! The cabin is really cute and the property is well maintained. The roads are rough (and aren’t marked with signs!) and it’s a ways from town but for the country vibe and quiet it’s worth it. The hostess was very responsive and nice.

We loved the location. The cabin was fully stocked with all of the necessities. My husband loved sitting on the swing listening to the woodpeckers. Close to the river, just the road leading to it needs some care.

Very peaceful area, no road noise!!! Everything was nice and clean , decorated nicely, good linens and comfortable mattresses . I enjoyed the short drive in the country after you left the main highway!! It’s been a long time since I’ve seen black squirrels I really enjoyed watching them!!! Overall just a enjoyable place to stay!!

Beautiful property, quiet area. Exactly what we were looking for. Close enough to town to get groceries, but far enough to feel isolated. Absolutley gorgeous home. Everything worked and necessary items were provided. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

This was a wonderful place to meet family for a visit. It is quiet and calm. The birds were singing most of the time and the space was well equipped for family meals. We brought our dogs and they enjoying laying on the large front porch while we played cards on afternoons. It was a short drive to the touristy activity in Broken Bow. The property manager was fantastic! We met her family and they were all so kind.

We enjoyed our stay! The cabin is really cute and the property is well maintained. The roads are rough (and aren’t marked with signs!) and it’s a ways from town but for the country vibe and quiet it’s worth it. The hostess was very responsive and nice.

We had a wonderful time at the cabin. The home was very clean and nicely decorated. It’s tucked away out in the country on gravel roads, very secluded and peaceful. There is one other cabin that is separated by some trees and brush. so it still feels private. The best part is that it’s about 10 minutes from the tubing and kayaking spots.

Such a cute little cabin. We had a great time just hanging out by the fire. Very quiet area, peaceful. Really enjoyed our time. Communication with the host was amazing as well.
