Clean, dog friendly home near Hydro Park for walking the dogs. This is the second time we've stayed in this home and would definitely stay there again. Able to park in the garage which was an added bonus, quiet neighborhood, and very responsive host.

We come to Wenatchee to visit our aunt, who is in a care facility there. This rental met all of our needs and is the cleanest rental we’ve ever stayed at. Well stocked (even has an air fryer!). Our host John checked in by text at the beginning and end of our stay and was available should there have been any issues.

The property was well appointed and extremely clean. The owner made the property feel warm and inviting and has extra touches such as soaps, shampoo and other related items available to use. John was a great host and emailed us more than 24 hrs in advance writing that the house was ready for our stay. Helped that we were able to check in early. Would highly recommend!!!

The house was beautiful inside and out we had a great Thanksgiving (early) and Birthday celebration for my oldest son. The neighborhood was safe and quiet our host was great the backyard was small and clean perfect for my dog to go out. I will definitely rent it again next time I visit my boys.

We picked this house based on location to friends we were visiting. It worked out perfectly. The alarm did go off on its own but John was quick to respond and turn it off. All in all the house was clean and had any appliances and things we needed.Will be back!

We flew in for a local wedding. John went above and beyond to ensure our trip was amazing. He even went so far as to buy an iron so I could look fresh rather than “just out of a suitcase”. Highly recommended.

We had planned a ski trip to Mission Ridge and found this charming rambler in East Wenatchee. To our delight, it was one of the best (if not the best) stays in a house rental. First of all, the house is located in a newly developed neighborhood with modern and clean features throughout. This was an ideal situation as there was never a concern for safety with our young children. Additionally, the beautiful picturesque backdrop of the Cascade mountain range while hovering over the Columbia River on a clear day provides a tranquil and idyllic experience. We felt right at home as the house was spotless and stocked with all our needs. John was communicative and attentive as he made the effort to check in on us to see if anything else was needed. He was mindful of even the small things such as bedside USB chargers and various entertainment options for our family to enjoy. The house is a quick 25 minute drive to Mission Ridge Ski resort, 12 minute drive to downtown Wenatchee, and a 5 minute drive to various stores nearby (including Costco) giving you plenty of options to enjoy the surrounding area. We will be back!

This is a beautiful home! I am so glad we stayed here. We were looking for a place to stay that was close to Mission Ridge. Only 30 mins from the ski area and the home was perfect!! Would highly recommend to anyone!

Very nice stay in this East Wenatchee home. Dog friendly, fully fenced, and right across from Hydro Park where we took the dogs for walks alongside the river.Home was clean, quiet neighborhood, and close to many amenities. This is our second stay in this home, and we would recommend it to anyone.Our host was excellent, contacting us before and after our stay to ensure everything was well.

The location was good, the house was in great shape. However we spent our time there not out and about so the dining room and living room furniture was quite uncomfortable. We are all older and the dining chair height was difficult. The sofa is very low to the ground, hard to get out of. The side chairs were just hard and very straight up. The beds were great we all slept well. Overall it was a great stay.

Great host, clear with all details needed. Easy arrival and departure procedures. Clean house, spacious, and we would definitely stay here again. We skied at Mission Ridge 20min away. Washer and dryer were nice to have.

Well appointed home, 25-30 min from mission ridge and close to Costco, Safeway, and other shops. Check-in and out very easy and host is very responsive. Garage has very high ceilings, which is amazing! Can easily fit SUV with roof bin on top inside garage, perfect for loading and unloading in the winter.
