Liked the property but not happy with check in time wat too late no time to do smy thing

We rarely write reviews - takes too much time - everyone is busy, and most places are just fine, and if they’re not, it’s not worth complaining about. Writing a review here because this place was exceptional. Everyone in our group of 9 thought this place was super cute and really well designed. Everyone kept saying, “I love what they did here. Oh, look how cute that is. Check out how cool this is!” We really loved the design of the place, and it was an easy walk to the beach. The hosts were very responsive. Overall great.

This listing was everything shown and more. The pictures did not do this home justice. The owners have done an amazing job decorating and providing a wonderful stay. They gave us recommendations to all the best places to visit and eat, along with a how to guide for all the accommodations provided. We will absolutely be renting again in the future! Thank you guys for a stress free and enjoyable trip!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Santa Monica. The hosts have thought about every detail and have provided so many extra touches to make your stay smooth and easy. Everywhere from easily accessible outlets, charging blocks on nightstands, plenty of shower towels AND spa/beach towels, beach toys/chairs/wagon, provided sunscreen, games for the kids… gosh it felt like no detail was overlooked. We were a multigenerational family (grandparents, parents, kids) staying as a base for our Florida outings and we all had plenty of room and were very comfortable. The beds were comfy and the ac was just the right level! Every corner is picture perfect so make sure you check out their Instagram account for more looks at their properties. We also really appreciated (and took advantage of) their optional services they provide before check-in… pre-stocked groceries, chef-prepared charcuterie board… you name it and Rob and Krista are happy to help!

The house is wonderful! Everything in this house is new, very clean and there is deliberate attention to tasteful decor details making the house to have a luxury appeal. The open floor is great and and everything mentioned in the listing was included. I can not speak highly enough of this house. Everything you could need in a place was provided for from kitchen supplies to toiletries to beach chairs, cooler etc. The entire back yard with a hot tub, a grill and fire place was our favorite place to chill. If you are looking for a private beach feel this is the house to go to. The host is amazing and very prompt with communication. He even suggested to watch SpaceX rocket launch way before we got there. We're already planning our next visit down to this house because we loved it so much.
