Great location! The house has an unusual (for us) style. We'd read about the "clutter" so we were prepared for that. Plenty of comfortable floor & chair seating, but only 3 spots at a counter made it a challenge for us to eat there. It was very clean. We loved all the plants & the light in the upstairs areas & the downstairs living room, but the cave-like downstairs bedroom was a little claustrophobic & very crowded. Outside space, both front porch & back patio were nice for spending time in the sun. Our daughter used the exercise room a few times during the 4 days we were there. Last comment - we arrived very late at night & while the door code worked fine, we found it difficult to actually enter the house since the light switches were never where we expected them to be. Actually had to use the flashlight feature in our phones to get around that first night. It was an interesting place to stay, though we'll likely look for some other spot the next time we come.

We visited South Pearl Street for 3 days in mid-April. Weather was fantastic and we enjoyed a great carry-in meal in the back yard. The house is very interesting with eclectic decor. The atrium adds so much light to the back of the house, but a little too much sunshine first thing in the morning in the master. We were disappointed that the tub jets didn't work since that was a feature we were looking for. Neighborhood is great--many places within easy walking distance.

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. We checked out early and now at a Hampton that has air conditioning. It was also a duplex and not a stand alone house. Whomever was in the unit next to us had a dog and it barked all day and night. We stayed three nights and enjoyed this duplex. Clean, quiet, spacious with everything we needed. Instructions were plentiful and owner communications were just enough. We had an issue with the alarm system and response was fast with resolution the same day. It is noted the parking is street parking, but we did not have any issues. We will stay here again.

We had a great stay here! The house had all we needed for our week in Denver. We enjoyed the backyard almost every morning and night. Being so close to South Pearl Street was a great bonus. We were able to walk to some great restaurants.

The location is great, only 10 minutes by car to downtown and the quiet location with small restaurants and parks nearby is perfect for us.The small and very nice, clean garden behind the house invites you to linger.We didn't use the fitness room in the garage, but it seems to be well equipped for sporty people.The house offers a lot of seating for many people, there is an armchair or stool everywhere. Unfortunately, there is no dining table, which we missed. We could only use the bar to enjoy our breakfast. The second desk with the monitor could have been removed and space for a dining table could have been made instead.The heating worked well and reached the desired temperature relatively quickly. However, we had to reduce it at night because it was clearly audible.The service from VRC was always good during our stay and questions were answered quickly. The big bed was a dream and the many plants made it seem very cozy!In short, we would book again anytime!

The property is in a perfect location one block from extremely walkable S. Pearl Street area. Bars, Restaurants and shopping area. 2 blocks from the area Metro Station, 18 minutes to Union Station in the heart of downtown. The house is older, and the basement is odd, but good. Property needs some TLC. Carpet cleaning on the stairs, clean up the porch and backyard as well as clean up the garage where the work out area is. The listing has some accuracy issues: 1.Air conditioning and that is not accurate, they have an evaporative cooling system that does not cool the basement. There are floor fans and little inverter type mobile coolers that are marginally useless. We muddled through, but it was hot. Parking- garage is not available so there is no dedicated parking which on the weekends is tight!!!

The lawns need a clean and manicure, as does the front porch. Wasn’t as clean as it should have been inside for the cleaning fees you pay! Kitchen was also missing essential cleaning supplies and it was not clean in the kitchen. Spider webs thruout and broken curtain rod… otherwise very very cute and cozy and in a great location!!! Decorated so cute and my daughter loved it!

Walking distance to cafes, restaurants, boutiques and parks. Only two blocks from the light Rail station. The Sunday Farmers Market was outstanding. There were two couples staying at the house and the accommodations where a great set up, other than you could hear every conversation going on throughout the house. One of the charms of the house was the open ceiling to the skylights on the second floor, but any nose coming from the floor below traveled up to the main floor. It made it hard to sleep in if anyone else was up and moving about.

This home was perfect for us!!! Love the coziness and the location was wonderful!! Easy and safe walk to South Pearl District, where there were wonderful restaurants and shops, also easy drive to all other attractions Denver had to offer. Property management was very efficient and prompt!! Loved all the plants in the house too, made it feel like home!

Beautiful property. Spotless!! Quirky and stuffed with “stuff”. Two minute walk to S Pearl where there are great places to eat and drink. Very funky cool neighborhood. 2-5 minute walk to lite rail. So easy to get down town and the airport. Agent super helpful.

My husband and I rented the house for 8 days for a visit with our son and his family, including our 2-month old granddaughter. The house was decorated with an eclectic, bohemian flair. The front two rooms were virtually unusable with uncomfortable seating. As has been mentioned earlier, this is not a house for children: too much untouchable items. However,?lthe house worked perfectly for my husband and me. Location near South appears is unbeatable. We didn’t love the house’s layout, with the kitchen and only usable family room downstairs. In short, the house worked well for the two of us, but not sure it is for everybody. By the way, the house was very clean and very well stocked. Downstairs bed was not very comfortable. Overall, a great house for the right tenant.

The front two rooms were virtually unusable with uncomfortable seating. As has been mentioned earlier, this is not a house for children: too much untouchable items. However,?lthe house worked perfectly for my husband and me. Location near South appears is unbeatable. We didn’t love the house’s layout, with the kitchen and only usable family room downstairs. In short, the house worked well for the two of us, but not sure it is for everybody. By the way, the house was very clean and very well stocked. Downstairs bed was not very comfortable. Overall, a great house for the right tenant.

The atrium with all the plants should be highlighted more, it was fantastic! The upstairs bedroom is not totally private because of the great atrium, but not an issue if you plan for it. The entire house felt very clean and welcoming. It is a duplex, which is fine if the neighbors don't throw a party....... All of the live plants were a great touch! We will be staying here again!

Overall very positive. Great location and the downstairs was great. The house has too much "stuff" in general and the the front living areas weren't really usable. The sink in the downstairs bathroom drains very slow. The 2 story sun room is a great feature. We would suggest simplifying the furnishing particularly for the front entry rooms and the bedroom downstairs.

This house is a cozy little duplex on a very cute street! Really close to the farmers market on pearl street, and restaurant & shops! Felt very safe for our girls trip. However, one of the beds is sort of a pull out couch. Really tight room because there is a lot of furniture in this house, tables & chairs are everywhere. No doors or window coverings in Master bedroom ...which is basically a loft to living area below. The house was not very clean, in large part because there is so much clutter around. Furniture was very uncomfortable, no where to just relax comfortably in the house. The lower bedroom I don't believe would comply with fire code....no real egress if there was a fire blocking the entry. And a lady showed up unannounced to spend 20 minutes watering plants in the house while my son was conducting a work zoom call and my wife was in the shower. The lady refused to come back at a more convenient time for my family. Very intrusive!

We booked this stay for a short family trip. We loved the living room with all the plants. The layout was a bit odd, kitchen and main living room are downstairs with one bedroom and a living room upstairs with 2 different sitting areas with another bedroom. The bed downstairs is a memory foam topper on a pullout and wasn't very comfortable. We were a little disappointed the fireplace wasn't on when the guidebook said it was active through April The location was great and easy to get anywhere in town. Overall not a bad experience, but not the most exceptional place we've satyed in.

The host was very welcoming, the house was amazing to sleep in and it was close to everything we wanted to do. Although I was uncomfortable because one of the cleaning ladies came in while we were gone and we walked in her being there. With no warning or heads-up that she would be there. That was the only downside, I plan to come back and book again!

We stayed three nights and enjoyed this duplex. Clean, quiet, spacious with everything we needed. Instructions were plentiful and owner communications were just enough. We had an issue with the alarm system and response was fast with resolution the same day. It is noted the parking is street parking, but we did not have any issues. We will stay here again.

We absolutely loved staying here for our week in Denver. The location was absolutely perfect, so walkable to cute shops and restaurants and easy commute to the highway for our day trips. The house was absolutely as advertised. Perfect for my husband and I. The backyard was the best hang out spot for drinks before dinner.

We had a great stay here! The house had all we needed for our week in Denver. We enjoyed the backyard almost every morning and night. Being so close to South Pearl Street was a great bonus. We were able to walk to some great restaurants.

The property is in a perfect location one block from extremely walkable S. Pearl Street area. Bars, Restaurants and shopping area. 2 blocks from the area Metro Station, 18 minutes to Union Station in the heart of downtown. The house is older, and the basement is odd, but good. Property needs some TLC. Carpet cleaning on the stairs, clean up the porch and backyard as well as clean up the garage where the work out area is. The listing has some accuracy issues: 1.Air conditioning and that is not accurate, they have an evaporative cooling system that does not cool the basement. There are floor fans and little inverter type mobile coolers that are marginally useless. We muddled through, but it was hot. Parking- garage is not available so there is no dedicated parking which on the weekends is tight!!!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay and would highly recommend this home to anyone visiting Denver, especially families. The house is full of personality, charm, and thoughtful details that made it feel both comfortable and special.One of our favorite things was the beautiful aesthetic throughout the home. The Turkish-inspired decor, unique artwork, and abundance of plants created such a warm, inviting atmosphere. It felt less like a rental and more like staying in a carefully curated home filled with character and creativity.The location was fantastic. The neighborhood was quiet, quaint, and welcoming, making it a perfect home base for exploring Denver while still feeling peaceful and relaxed at the end of each day. We traveled as a family and found the home to be very family-friendly, with plenty of space to relax, connect, and enjoy our time together. What an amazing home ! The area is so awesome ! We walked a block to the pearl street farmers market , all trips we made were a 12 uber ride ! Central location to so much ! We were in town for a show at red rocks and we got here so easily !! The place was so clean and boho!! Matched the photos exactly!! My only small complaint was that the garage gym didn’t get used as it smelled pretty strong of maybe lawn chemicals, so I chose not to use it we also didn’t search, but the bike tires were all flat and we didn’t notice a pump anywhere ! Other than those very very minor things it was amazing and if I return to CO I will definitely stay here again !!
What an amazing home ! The area is so awesome ! We walked a block to the pearl street farmers market , all trips we made were a 12 uber ride ! Central location to so much ! We were in town for a show at red rocks and we got here so easily !! The place was so clean and boho!! Matched the photos exactly!! My only small complaint was that the garage gym didn’t get used as it smelled pretty strong of maybe lawn chemicals, so I chose not to use it we also didn’t search, but the bike tires were all flat and we didn’t notice a pump anywhere ! Other than those very very minor things it was amazing and if I return to CO I will definitely stay here again !!
