Sleek Coastal Abode: 1 Block to Naples Beach!

Great unit and great location. Nice little snacks and waters were much appreciated, as were the beach chairs and towels!

This condo was a hidden gem. Even better than imagined! It is superbly located 2 mins walk to the beach, with parking space outside the condo. It is beautifully decorated with everything you could think of and so much more. The snack box was a lovely surprise. Beach chairs and umbrellas were amazing extra when you can’t bring with you! Michael’s condo was one of the best places we’ve stayed on vacation. Not only was it updated and clean, but the location was amazing. We were walking distance to the beach and restaurants. Our daughters especially enjoyed the pool (which was pristine). The condo had everything we needed and more for the beach (towels, umbrella, sand toys, sunscreen). The hosts have thought of everything! We would gladly stay again!

Condo is newly renovated so everything is in great shape. Well designed to maximize space. It’s a cozy condo but was fine for our family of 4 with 2 teenagers. Host provided all sorts of amenities and items to use during the stay which made our lives easier and the trip more enjoyable. Communication was perfect all along, from pre-arrival to check-in and departure. I highly recommend this property, we’ll definitely return next time we’re in the area. Thanks!

This 2br, 2 bth unit is in a building with a gorgeous, warm pool that's one block from a gorgeous, white sand, teal water beach. It's imbedded in a stunning, very upscale neighborhood that's walking distance to restaurants and shops (3rd Street). The unit is newly renovated and very clean. It's also very nicely appointed with chairs, towels, sunblock, beach and pool toys, kitchen staples, a snack box and even little dishes of candy. It was just the right size for two adults (one of us working). Might be a little snug for four people, but given the location, I'd take it if I were a family, too. The location was perfect. Very short walk to thr public beach and Naples Pier. Short walk to restaurants and shopping in the downtown Naples area. The condo also had a pool and laundry. The property didn't have an oven and we had to use a toaster oven instead. Condo was a little dated and small, but was the perfect location.

Shannon and her husband have a lovely condo in between the 3rd St. restaurants, shops and the beach. Just step out the door and it’s a three minute walk either way. Farmer’s market was just a stone’s throw away. Great beds, furnishings and all round decor. Everything we needed including beach equipment and plenty of towels. Good sized pool too. Very responsive host and they answered all our questions. We would absolutely stay here again for a week or more. Thank you both for a wonderful listing and stay!

This condo was perfect for our small family. It provides everything you need for a relaxing beach vacation. You can not ask for a better location, situated right by the beach and shops. Everything has been nicely updated and the place was very clean when we arrived.

The unit itself was immaculate and perfectly decorated. The owners provided excellent linens and towels. I’m pretty picky when it comes to mattresses and the cozy king did not disappoint. We will be back next year.

The place is a bit older but everything was clean and everything we needed was there. Location is good with just a short walk to Naples pier and restaurants and shopping. Nice pool and beach chairs and umbrellas were provided. Would have liked a bigger tv and a tv in the bedroom but other than that stay was good.

The property was spotless. It had everything needed for a comfortable stay including beach towels and chairs and umbrellas. The beds were extremely comfortable!! The snack box and waters were beyond appreciated as we rolled in from the airport at 2am hungry and thirsty. We will absolutely stay again!!

Very clean nicely equipped. It is a renovated motel or apartment building which we knew and were fine with. The pool is nice. The location is phenomenal! Walk to 3rd street shops and restaurants and one block to the beach. Perfect.

Perfect place for a short visit. 1 block to the beach, 2 blocks to 3rd with great restaurants and shops. Building exterior is tired but interior is brand new with everything we needed. We will definitely stay here again.

Property was amazing with the updated bathrooms especially. They were great about giving us a late checkout. We go to this property every year.

The location is excellent because the property is in a great neighbourhood, within walking distance of the ocean and main streets. Unfortunately, the owner of this property was not forthcoming and did not advise us that there would be loud construction (tractors, chainsaws, etc.) on the condo property right outside the door of the unit, scheduled during our entire 4 night stay. Construction, starting at 8:30 am, affected our enjoyment of the unit and the safety around the pool area. The owner went MIA and did not respond when these issues were raised, in writing, during our stay. We were told, by other owners, that the HOA advised all owners of the construction many weeks ahead of our stay. We would have sought other accommodations had we been told in advance. FYI furnishings in this unit are basic eg. no hanging space for renters to hang dresses/suits/long garments, only open shelves in bedrooms no dressers, no full length mirror, minimal decor; no in-unit washer/dryer and no patio or outdoor area or clothes hanger to dry wet towels or bathing suits; mattress in secondary bedroom is just OK; very little sound proofing between units or outdoors. We would recommend NOT renting this unit (even after the construction is complete) or any unit rented by these specific owners. There are many other great units available for rent in the complex and in the neighbourhood.

The location is prime! Such a great hidden treasure . You find yourself steps from the beach, coffee shops and world class restaurants. Prefect cozy get away place. Great place to start your beach day and end your evening after a great meal. Also as an added bonus the owner was always available to answer any questions.Be prepared to find all sorts of thoughtful touches to make your stay special.

The location is unbelievable. It is across the street to the Beach and in the other direction there is access to all these great restaurants and even a gas station for supplies. Pool is pretty nice as well.
