SLC Bungalow: Cozy, renovated home w/ in-unit laundry

When we are back in the area we will definitely be booking here again. So inviting, modern and just all around comfortable. The little touches were great- bathroom amenities, to-go coffee cups and towels in baskets. You can tell there’s been a lot of thought put into this space. Loved it!

Clean and quiet , good location to get to campus , mountains or downtown in short time

We had a really cozy stay in this basement apartment. Great, safe location. The bedrooms were spacious, the beds were comfortable, and the space had everything we needed tucked into it - including a well-stocked supply of coffee pods and other snacks and toiletries. Carolyn, our host was kind and very responsive, making sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. As expected for a basement, it stayed nice and cool, which we appreciated. It is a bit darker with smaller windows, but that comes with the territory. The only thing that would make it even better is a larger, cozier sofa for relaxing together. Parking worked out great for our group of three vehicles - two fit easily in the driveway, and the third was just a short, easy walk away on the street.
