My lady and I came in for the Warren Zeiders concert and decided to stay the whole weekend in Sundance Square. The property was clean, well kept, and had many amenities. For those who drive trucks or oversized vehicles, the best parking is the 777 garage just 2 blocks east of the property. The cost was $20 nightly and it’s free during the weekends. It has an overhead clearance of 8’2” which was needed to accommodate my F250. No other garages were tall enough. The property guest guide book came in handy since we were unfamiliar with the area.

We had a great time exploring downtown Ft Worth. The apartment was great for two people. It was well appointed with dishes, towels, etc. The security system for entering the building works great but it can be a little complicated after a few drinks.

This unit was perfect for us. We are a family of four and had just the right amount of space. It is close to everything ft worth has to offer. Parking was a little tricky, especially with lots of luggage but we made it. Definitely recommend!

This location is a gem. Right down town and in such a pretty area. The place was clean, great views and spacious. The bed was comfy and soft and I liked the overall feel of the place. Will was responsive and answered our questions promptly! The one thing I’d consider before staying is parking. We drove here and finding parking was a bit stressful at first but he does have accommodations for parking garages if neeeded. We found one outside and down the street and felt safe enough to park over night there. Not a bad issue whatsoever but something to consider is the parking situation! Overall, I’d definitely stay again and will if we are ever in FW area again!

This is our second time staying in these studios. I never stay anywhere twice if I don't love it! The owner is great with communication. Bed was super comfy and we had everything we needed. The only negative is the street noise, but that isn't inconsistent with other downtown areas where we have stayed. A noise machine was provided.

It was a perfect stay. The location was in the middle of everything. The morning was my favorite! The owner was very helpful explaining the parking situation and was a phone call away if we had any questions.

This was a great place in a fantastic location. Parking is a little rough on Friday, but by Saturday we had it figured out. It was in the center of downtown nightlife. It is in downtown, so it is not the quietest place, but the sound machine really helped. There are lots of nice thoughtful touches that I think really elevate this place over others we've stayed. Very nice place!

Adorable loft style place in the heart of downtown. You can walk to so many really great restaurants and bars. Entertainment in the area is great and for attractions like the stockyards and the museums is a quick uber ride away. The loft was decorated really beautifully and the host was great at communicating. Very clean with nice linens and stocked with everything you need to be comfortable. Only issue I personally had was the expensive parking. It was at no fault of the host, he gave great options for cheaper parking and even offered a reduced cost parking pass. I ended up renting a car mid-trip unexpectedly . Next time, I will be taking him up on the parking pass! I would stay again and probably will next year for the Fort Worth Rodeo finals! A must see if you never have!

We have 2 college students attending TCU. The loft was perfect to allow for room downstairs to entertain. Very clean with high ceilings. Great decor!!! Perfect downtown location loved the coffee shop next store and being right next to the AC Marriott was perfect!! We will definitely be back!!!

The property is right in the middle of all the action downtown Ft. Worth. We never used our car after we checked in. Sundance Square, Reata, Capital Grille, Mi Cocina, Jake's, Ruth's Chris, comedy clubs, Corner bakery, all within easy walking distance. Great location. Loft roomy and spacious and everything inside it WORKS! We had a great time.

This penthouse is in a great location. It’s safe, walkable, places to shop and eat. The penthouse is decorated nicely, with huge windows, industrial style, contemporary design. The bed was very comfortable. We did not hear any neighbors and being in the city, I expected to hear more traffic, but it was very quiet. We would definitely stay here again.

My boyfriend and I were visiting from out of town and wanted to find a place in downtown Fort Worth. Based on pictures, we chose this one and we are so happy we did!! Not only was it everything in the pictures and more, it was also in such a convenient area. We were in the perfect location to explore downtown, and only a 10/15 drive to the Stockyards. I would definitely recommend this place for couples wanting to get away for the weekend! On top of all of that, our host Will was extremely friendly, accommodating, and wanted nothing more than for us to have a great stay. We couldn't be happier with our choice!

It was a perfect stay. The location was in the middle of everything. The morning was my favorite! The owner was very helpful explaining the parking situation and was a phone call away if we had any questions.

Adorable loft style place in the heart of downtown. You can walk to so many really great restaurants and bars. Entertainment in the area is great and for attractions like the stockyards and the museums is a quick uber ride away. The loft was decorated really beautifully and the host was great at communicating. Very clean with nice linens and stocked with everything you need to be comfortable. Only issue I personally had was the expensive parking. It was at no fault of the host, he gave great options for cheaper parking and even offered a reduced cost parking pass. I ended up renting a car mid-trip unexpectedly . Next time, I will be taking him up on the parking pass! I would stay again and probably will next year for the Fort Worth Rodeo finals! A must see if you never have!

We have 2 college students attending TCU. The loft was perfect to allow for room downstairs to entertain. Very clean with high ceilings. Great decor!!! Perfect downtown location loved the coffee shop next store and being right next to the AC Marriott was perfect!! We will definitely be back!!!

My boyfriend and I were visiting from out of town and wanted to find a place in downtown Fort Worth. Based on pictures, we chose this one and we are so happy we did!! Not only was it everything in the pictures and more, it was also in such a convenient area. We were in the perfect location to explore downtown, and only a 10/15 drive to the Stockyards. I would definitely recommend this place for couples wanting to get away for the weekend! On top of all of that, our host Will was extremely friendly, accommodating, and wanted nothing more than for us to have a great stay. We couldn't be happier with our choice!

We enjoyed our 5 day visit in FT Worth. The property location is excellent for visiting FT Worth. There are many restaurants in the area and the activities in Sundance Square are really interesting. Lots of live music while we were there and a nice variety of top notch entertainment. The loft was a great choice for our visit and lots to do within walking distance.

This penthouse is in a great location. It’s safe, walkable, places to shop and eat. The penthouse is decorated nicely, with huge windows, industrial style, contemporary design. The bed was very comfortable. We did not hear any neighbors and being in the city, I expected to hear more traffic, but it was very quiet. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location in the heart of downtown Fort Worth. Communication was excellent with clear check in instructions, reminders, and additional info provided ahead of and during the stay. The unit was clean, quiet, and exactly as advertised. Would stay again and highly recommend.

The property was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Everything we needed was available, and the host was responsive and easy to communicate with. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay again. Highly recommend! ps - there is no onsite parking, but there are a few parking garages close by!
