Room was clean. Couch and chair are very uncomfortable. We felt safe and the ability to bring our pup was a big plus. A little pricey for one night stay.

The property was well maintained, the host was very gracious, and it was located close enough to town and venues to make quick trips, but not loud or super busy. We loved the little deck out back and the shower. 10/10 will stay again

Its was ok overall. I understand that the property is pet friendly but we found a decent amount of pet hairs in the bed what was very uncomfortable to use the bed. Other than that it was good.

The location was convenient—just a short drive into town—and we really appreciated the shared grassy lawn, which was great for our dog. However, we did experience some cleanliness concerns during our stay. Upon arrival, we noticed a number of dead bugs (including in the shower), dust throughout the space, cobwebs, and several active spider webs. These issues gave the impression that the home hadn’t been thoroughly cleaned before our visit, aside from fresh towels and sheets. The couch also differed from the listing photos; it was much smaller and not very comfortable for watching tv. We also didn’t see any checkout instructions, WiFi details, or other helpful notes that are usually provided in rentals. With more thorough cleaning and a few updates to the space and communication, this could be a much more enjoyable stay.

Cute little quiet multiplex off a busy road (no walkability).Clean with comfortable bedding, but the furniture in the pictures looks a lot more comfortable for tv watching than the furniture in our unit actually was. Bare bones coffee/water/creamer situation. Cute little uptown, lots of restaurant choices. Nice walks around the lake.

The property is located in a lovely courtyard and is very quiet. We had some cleaning issues once we arrived, but once contacting the property manager it was quickly resolved. The location isn't within walking distance of downtown, but yet nice. The bed slept very well, and the shower head was wonderful. The only issue we had was towels and wash clothes were not accessible without sending a message that we knew of. When we arrived we only had to 2 of each for 3 days. I did request more and they were left on the bench outside. We would stay again.

This place is small but cozy and perfect for just you and your partner. The bathroom is nice. Bed is comfortable. Small back and front porches. Kitchen is fully stocked so you can cook. We didn't use the stove or microwave but I assume it works. Everything was fairly clean. Quiet place. Very close to restaurants and downtown waynesville. Overall, I’d definitely recommend this place to friends and family.

The place was very unique and cute and it seems like the whole property is in renovations. A couple units were currently being worked on. Great location but the unit could have been a little more clean.

There are some really great aspects to this place—it’s redone and quite cute, convenient to downtown and other places, comfortable bed and glorious shower, great space to work, nice size, and the owner was very responsive and nice. The feel is a little like an old time camp ground but the villa is very nice with a little deck. While on a busy road, it was private and not noisy. While it’s technically close enough to walk to downtown and shops/restaurants, I did not feel comfortable doing so on foot. The neighborhood felt safe but there were not other pedestrians. Also, there were several places that needed cleaning attention like massive cobwebs in a lampshade, a spot in the bathroom that was not clean, cobwebs in various places, and the lower shelf on the glass coffee table had not been dusted and you could see dog hairs. Also, there was a major water line project I. The property and I almost got trapped and unable to get out. It would have been great if owner would have communicated what was going on.

Waynesville 5 was nice and close to downtown. Convenient to dining. The bed was comfortable and great water pressure for showers. There was a lot of cob webs and a random extra table that sat in the way. There was A coffee maker with coffee filters available but no coffee so glad we brought ground coffee with us. The bathroom door frame had completely rotted out from moisture damage. Overall it was comfortable and served the purpose for our stay but didn’t overly impress us.

We have stayed here before but it seems like the villa has gone slightly downhill since we last stayed. Toilet seat was not aligned correctly and I was scared to sit on it, mini split wasn’t working so there was a small window unit. Location is perfect and bed is extremely comfortable. I slept like I was at home.

Our host was amazing! We packed up everything to leave except our clothes hanging in the closet. We did not realize it until we got home. Our host agreed to mail our clothes COD or she suggested she would be passing through not far from where we lived the following weekend, and she could me us off an exit. My husband ended up meeting her. We are so grateful that she agreed to that. Also, we had trouble signing on to WiFi while there and she offered to come over immediately to help. Very accommodating and easy to communicate with.

Location was close to everything including access to the Blue Ridge Parkway. Genevieve quickly responded to any request I had including changing out an uncomfortable sofa. Family lives on site so I felt very safe.

The location was convenient—just a short drive into town—and we really appreciated the shared grassy lawn, which was great for our dog. However, we did experience some cleanliness concerns during our stay. Upon arrival, we noticed a number of dead bugs (including in the shower), dust throughout the space, cobwebs, and several active spider webs. These issues gave the impression that the home hadn’t been thoroughly cleaned before our visit, aside from fresh towels and sheets. The couch also differed from the listing photos; it was much smaller and not very comfortable for watching tv. We also didn’t see any checkout instructions, WiFi details, or other helpful notes that are usually provided in rentals. With more thorough cleaning and a few updates to the space and communication, this could be a much more enjoyable stay.

The property is located in a lovely courtyard and is very quiet. We had some cleaning issues once we arrived, but once contacting the property manager it was quickly resolved. The location isn't within walking distance of downtown, but yet nice. The bed slept very well, and the shower head was wonderful. The only issue we had was towels and wash clothes were not accessible without sending a message that we knew of. When we arrived we only had to 2 of each for 3 days. I did request more and they were left on the bench outside. We would stay again.

There are some really great aspects to this place—it’s redone and quite cute, convenient to downtown and other places, comfortable bed and glorious shower, great space to work, nice size, and the owner was very responsive and nice. The feel is a little like an old time camp ground but the villa is very nice with a little deck. While on a busy road, it was private and not noisy. While it’s technically close enough to walk to downtown and shops/restaurants, I did not feel comfortable doing so on foot. The neighborhood felt safe but there were not other pedestrians. Also, there were several places that needed cleaning attention like massive cobwebs in a lampshade, a spot in the bathroom that was not clean, cobwebs in various places, and the lower shelf on the glass coffee table had not been dusted and you could see dog hairs. Cute little quiet multiplex off a busy road (no walkability).Clean with comfortable bedding, but the furniture in the pictures looks a lot more comfortable for tv watching than the furniture in our unit actually was. Bare bones coffee/water/creamer situation. Cute little uptown, lots of restaurant choices. Nice walks around the lake.

My stay here could not have been more perfect. It was close proximity for things I was here to do and there was a couple of good restaurants right across the street. The only negative things I could think of which were not a big deal would be possibly get wider curtains for the sliding glass door because even with the curtains closed they still had a crack and maybe a book with how to use the remotes for the heat/air unit, TV (for people who might be slightly challenged when it comes to technology) and maybe some local favorite things to do and places to eat. Neither of these things were a problem for me and I would totally stay here again.

Waynesville 5 was nice and close to downtown. Convenient to dining. The bed was comfortable and great water pressure for showers. There was a lot of cob webs and a random extra table that sat in the way. There was A coffee maker with coffee filters available but no coffee so glad we brought ground coffee with us. The bathroom door frame had completely rotted out from moisture damage. Overall it was comfortable and served the purpose for our stay but didn’t overly impress us.

The room was cute and the allowance of having our dogs was why we chose this property. Having said that the check in process wasn't clear using Expedia. There is no management office. You simply needed a code to get a key from a lockbox on the door of your house. The big issue was the multiple spider webs/spiders/and dust all over the place. You can see that the fans and ceilings haven't been cleaned in months if not more. The fire alarm hanging on it's wires went off for no reason twice. Once while we were asleep. They were too high to even reach to deal with. One of the trim was cut away and not replaced in the bathroom. Most of the molding was old and crumbling. The trim that had obviously been replaced wasn't even painted. The small yard in the middle of all of the houses allowed barking dogs to interrupt any business your dogs might be able to achieve. The idea of the place is much better than the actual sight. Other than the price, I wouldn't recommend this place.

First, the pictures do not truly do the place justice. It is really really well done, comfy furniture, clean, cozy and very welcoming. Second, we arrived the day before Thanksgiving and the property was decorated for Fall (very well done) then on Thursday/Friday the property was transformed for Christmas. We were SO impressed. Next the host was VERY helpful, kind and responsive. We had an incredible experience and HIGHLY recommend. Oh one last thing to note the elevated back porch for this unit is awesome!!!!!
