Romantic Penthouse with Roof Terrace

This is a charming penthouse 1 bedroom condo. We used the outside BBQ, noticed too late the washer/dryer combo on the outside patio. It has a studio kitchen which is in the hall at the top of the stairs- three flights to ground level. The owner is very responsive. We enjoyed the huge tv for streaming content at night. Suggestions include: a hair dryer. Pool was refreshing in the next courtyard over but it was not cleaned - I, pool guy, would have loved to take a skimmer with me to the pool and hot tub. The access to the Wyndham Hotel was welcome and we used the pool and walk up bar every day. Ralph’s is the place to go for food and the security was great. The power went out in the final day but theee flashlights allowed us ample light to get in with our travels. Property is beautiful and the wind and breeze a dream. 59 minutes to Old San Juan.

The ad didn’t say how many stairs. I’m handicap and it changed my trip. I couldn’t go to the places I wanted because I was dreading the stairs coming back 4 sets of stairs. Bed was comfy. They could improved. The fixer of the light in the bathroom was out and ants would come and all over the sink. The window in the bathroom doesn’t close all the way so bugs came I .

We enjoyed our 2 day stay - especially the private outdoor rooftop The kitchenette was fully equipped to make quick and easy dinners. Raul our host was quick to respond and super helpful. Would recommend staying

Raul was very responsive. The condo is a lock out unit, which we either over looked or wasn’t listed in the details. My wife had a need for a hair dyer on evening before a nice dinner. Would be nice to have that item available. The grounds are very clean in the neighborhood and the rooftop was a great space, but we weren’t able to use it due to unseasonable rain. We would definitely recommend the property.
