My pup and I came up to Jeep with some others. Property was as described! Wonderful place to stay and VERY pet friendly from a spare crate to dog treats! My pup loved the fenced yard and the neighbors came over and brought her treats! Hope it snows this year so we can come back

We had a great stay! Amy is great and was there for anything we needed! The place is clean, it has everything you could possibly need while there, the yard is completely fenced in for the dog to run and play! Everything was great! No problems to speak of! The only thing that bothered me was jared food that's been used was left in fridge and half gallon of ice cream, that's not sanitary and would not use the products, but overall everything was great!

Location was perfect for our family getaway. ATV/ORV trials can be accessed right across the street. We had a clean and private beach, about a 5 min drive down the street. Restaurants were all a few minutes down the road. Bedding was super soft and clean, as was the rest of the house. We enjoyed the back patio and the fire pit. The host was amazing, easy to contact and accommodated our furry friend when the pet sitter had to cancel on us at the last minute. We felt very comfortable staying here, highly recommend it and would definitely stay here again!

Was a nice house. Wish the garage was accessible. The fenced in yard was huge and our little dog loved being able to run around. The road is busy during the day so a little loud but we had a great time. Communication with the host was great.

We weren't allowed to use the back doors to access the back yard , my husband is disabled he can walk a short distance with his walker he can step up or a step down with it. However he could not walk all the way around the house to the back yard to have a bonfire and i could not push him through the grass and sand in his wheelchair. We were very disappointed. The house is on a street with the speed limit of 55 didn't care for that.

Enjoyed a beautiful few days with friends and our dogs at the cottage. The cottage was in a great, quiet location close to two gorgeous, private beaches (the smaller of which we had all to ourselves), and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The fenced yard was an amazing bonus for the dogs! Thank you for a great experience!

House was cute and clean. It had everything we needed and the fenced in yard was a huge bonus. I wish other properties that allow pets would have a fenced in area...certainty made life easier. We would definitely stay here again.

Had trouble when checking in the address was not accurate but we got help to get to the right place. It was mostly clean just lots of dog hair and sand. Kitchen was fully equipped & had nice dinning table. Rooms felt a bit cold you can feel a breeze through the windows but was nice having a tv in both rooms and living room. Nice for a getaway coming from the city, nice views and my pets loved the big backyard.

Very clean and comfortable. Bed was comfortable, water pressure in shower was good , Wi-Fi no issues & fence was a bonus for our dog. Close to trails (sxs) and host was easy to get a hold of and answered all questions. Had a great stay and would stay again.

We were extremely happy with this VRBO rental! The home was nicely decorated. Appliances were in good order and clean. The supplies were amazing! There was just about everything needed to cook with. The bathroom was spotless, and nicely modern. All the furniture was Very comfortable! Bed in main bedroom was very, very comfortable. We were very grateful for the A.C. In the living room and main bedroom. All the towels and linens seemed brand new, very nice. Although we don’t have pets, it was nice to see the supplies for pet owning renters. But more importantly there was No pet hair to be found anywhere, which was greatly appreciated. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and we hope to rent this house next year again! We told everyone at the gathering we attended while in town, and will recommend this house to anyone we know. Great place! Great price!!

The pictures were accurate, some parts of the property could have been taken better care of (we had to stuff paper towel into large gaps in the main bedroom window frame because bugs kept getting in, most kitchen utensils had visible food still on them, the pullout couch in the living room was dirty, etc.), and the private beach was a lot smaller in person. Other than that, we knew what we booked and had no other concerns. We read all the great reviews so maybe these were all caused by the prior tenant.

Overall this was a wonderful stay & had great communication with the host. Loved the location, fenced in yard for the dogs, and the kitchen was very well stocked. Check in was a bit confusing because the door code did not work and the key box was near a different door, but we figured it out. Only complaint was how hot the house was when we arrived, it was 83 degrees. The window air conditioner in the living room took about 24 hours to cool the main area to the lows 70s so the first night was pretty sticky. I would stay again but not in the summertime.

Cute updated house with large fenced yard. Property Manager Amy responded immediately when we had a question. Great location for us to tour the upper mitten in all directions. Would stay here again in the future.

Everything was as expected - only basically needed somewhere to sleep after wedding in West Branch. Only had minimal problem with front door lock but able to obtain key as instructed so that was nice to have back up!

Nice, clean, and convenient location for our activities. Access to ATV trails located right across the street. There are a few restaurants right there in St. Helen or take a short drive to Houghton Lake. The host, Amy, was easy to contact and quickly responded to any questions I had. I loved everything about it . It was exactly as described, and it was perfect. From location to amenities, we felt so at home and we were sad to have to leave. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking in this area.

Location was perfect for our family getaway. ATV/ORV trials can be accessed right across the street. We had a clean and private beach, about a 5 min drive down the street. Restaurants were all a few minutes down the road. Bedding was super soft and clean, as was the rest of the house. We enjoyed the back patio and the fire pit. The host was amazing, easy to contact and accommodated our furry friend when the pet sitter had to cancel on us at the last minute. We felt very comfortable staying here, highly recommend it and would definitely stay here again!

This is a very cute place. Right outside of town with a very convenient gas station on the corner with groceries. If you are riding the trails are right there and the drive way does accommodate a trailer. Highly recommend.

What a perfect weekend for the wedding we attended - only 7 minutes from the venue! Awesome big yard for our dogs to run and play! We will definitely go back if we have another event to attend in St. Helen!

Nice, clean, and convenient location for our activities. Access to ATV trails located right across the street. There are a few restaurants right there in St. Helen or take a short drive to Houghton Lake. The host, Amy, was easy to contact and quickly responded to any questions I had. Thank you for a good place to stay on our long weekend visit.

We weren't allowed to use the back doors to access the back yard , my husband is disabled he can walk a short distance with his walker he can step up or a step down with it. However he could not walk all the way around the house to the back yard to have a bonfire and i could not push him through the grass and sand in his wheelchair. We were very disappointed. The house is on a street with the speed limit of 55 didn't care for that.

Very nice place, has all the things you need when you’re away from home. Nice fenced in yard for the dogs. Great access to ORV trails. I’d happily stay here again.

Overall this was a wonderful stay & had great communication with the host. Loved the location, fenced in yard for the dogs, and the kitchen was very well stocked. Check in was a bit confusing because the door code did not work and the key box was near a different door, but we figured it out. Only complaint was how hot the house was when we arrived, it was 83 degrees. The window air conditioner in the living room took about 24 hours to cool the main area to the lows 70s so the first night was pretty sticky. I would stay again but not in the summertime.

Had trouble when checking in the address was not accurate but we got help to get to the right place. It was mostly clean just lots of dog hair and sand. Kitchen was fully equipped & had nice dinning table. Rooms felt a bit cold you can feel a breeze through the windows but was nice having a tv in both rooms and living room. Nice for a getaway coming from the city, nice views and my pets loved the big backyard.

We enjoyed the house. It was so cozy and comfortable. It was very dog friendly, which our Wilma loved. The local restaurants were nice and the corner store had everything! We enjoyed our stay and will be back! Thank you

We were extremely happy with this VRBO rental! The home was nicely decorated. Appliances were in good order and clean. The supplies were amazing! There was just about everything needed to cook with. The bathroom was spotless, and nicely modern. All the furniture was Very comfortable! Bed in main bedroom was very, very comfortable. We were very grateful for the A.C. In the living room and main bedroom. All the towels and linens seemed brand new, very nice. Although we don’t have pets, it was nice to see the supplies for pet owning renters. But more importantly there was No pet hair to be found anywhere, which was greatly appreciated. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and we hope to rent this house next year again! We told everyone at the gathering we attended while in town, and will recommend this house to anyone we know. Great place! Great price!!

This place was an amazing stay for the struggles of finding places to go with my multiple dogs. House was perfect for accommodating my 3 large pups, the fenced in yard is a game changer! Had all the necessary cooking supplies for meals that you plan to make! Beds were very comfortable and clean! Only downside which is not the fault of the property owner at all was the neighbor ran a chainsaw for an extended period of time at 8:30 saturday morning while trying to catch up on sleep. And the neighbor threw treats over the fence that unfortunately one of my dogs has strict dietary requirements that caused him a lot of discomfort. Otherwise this place is definitely one we plan to come back and rebook as a go to place when we come to visit St Helen! Thank you so much!!!

House was great clean all it had all the equipment dishes firewood for fireplace, and the big fully fenced yard where u can let ur dog without worry☺️❤️ definitely recommend! And will come back again!

Cute little house with nice fenced in yard. Would have liked access to the garage to protect our RZR from the elements. But it was nice being right across the road from the trails. Well stocked kitchen. Nice shower.My only unpleasant experience was that the heat was not on already before our arrival. The heat was off and the house was only 40 degrees. It took a really long time for the house to warm up.
