It’s apparent this house has been thoughtfully updated while preserving its historical charm. It was within 10 minutes of Snow Trails (which was the reason for our visit) while also conveniently located within minutes from great restaurants and coffee. The house was immaculately clean and outfitted with everything we needed. We enjoyed our stay very much.

I love that they took an old house and gave it a much needed update. Old houses need love too. They did a wonderful job at accomplishing a beautiful place to stay. I recommend making the back porch bigger with seating for a more private place to sit outside. Other than that it’s a great place with a close location to anything you may need.

Loved staying in a home with old charm yet new comfy features. Close to downtown mansfield where we found great restaurants and bars also checked out the carousel. Fridge is smaller , we just put water and drinks on porch since it was cold out. But if it is warm might want to bring cooler. We found xtra chairs in the closet for the table and to be out on porch, so that was nice. Thanks for a memorable weekendBuButbwarmer

We checked into this lovely home with no problems. The house was in a quiet neighborhood and close to grocery stores and restaurants. The house was very clean and comfortable for all of us. The host responded quickly when we had any questions. Will definitely stay here again.

This is a great cottage for a family. Super clean and updated. Easy to fit everyone and open spaces. Owner is very responsive and checked in with us a few times to make sure we didn’t need anything during our stay.

Everything was overall fantastic with this place. However, the floors were really dirty. We probably wouldn’t have noticed but we have a crawler and a couple min into getting there we noticed the tops of his feet were really dirty. But overall good experience.

The house was clean and smelled amazing!! I especially loved the hand soap in the bathroom. I forgot to find out the brand. Communication with Clint was friendly, quick and efficient. We are new to the vrbo rental system and, though I asked many questions, he was always friendly and patient. Everything worked as it should. We could have used a bigger refrigerator but that's because we're all cooks and enjoy creating full meals that include a mildly ridiculous amount of perishables. The only real "drawback" for us was the stairs. They were steep and without a handrail which is not too good for a group of 5 women with an average age of 55 years old. Otherwise, it was fabulous!!
The house was clean and smelled amazing!! I especially loved the hand soap in the bathroom. I forgot to find out the brand. Communication with Clint was friendly, quick and efficient. We are new to the vrbo rental system and, though I asked many questions, he was always friendly and patient. Everything worked as it should. We could have used a bigger refrigerator but that's because we're all cooks and enjoy creating full meals that include a mildly ridiculous amount of perishables. The only real "drawback" for us was the stairs. They were steep and without a handrail which is not too good for a group of 5 women with an average age of 55 years old. Otherwise, it was fabulous!!
