3 bed/3.5 bath Pet Friendly Demere Landing Townhome

Lots if space and great locatikn!

Very quiet property with plenty of room for everyone. The elevator made getting luggage and groceries upstairs a breeze. It was close enough to the beach and restaurants that my husband, daughter, and guest walked several times. It was a home, not a tiny vacation condo. A really nice place that I have already recommended to friends!

For a family that had two physically challenged individuals, the elevator offered a very nice touch.

I believe they need to be replaced. Carpet has multiple stains. My kids enjoyed the pool, and seeing the turtles in the pond out front.
