Located in the increasingly popular Cala en Porter complex, Villa Marques is a fantastic villa in a quiet area, but within walking distance of everything this bustling complex has to offer. Situated on a larger plot than the average in the area, this spacious villa has 4 bedrooms with fresh decor and air conditioning to provide relief from the summer heat. The kitchen is fully equipped with all amenities. It has a fridge with freezer, dishwasher, oven and hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, capsule and filter coffee maker, and the dining room opens onto the front terrace with comfortable furniture overlooking the glorious pool where we are sure they will spend many happy hours splashing with the children.To spend the day, the beautiful beach is a 15-minute walk down the beach stairs or 15 minutes by road. Just a few minutes from the villa you can find a couple of restaurants and bars where you will experience the most spectacular sunsets on the island, while the main tourist centre with shops and restaurants is just a short distance away.The Villa has a spacious living/dining room with wifi and digital TV channels.Inside we find 4 double bedrooms, 2 of which have 2 single beds each and 2 bedrooms with double beds (one has a safe), one of which has an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub and a separate bathroom also with a bathtub. Both bathrooms have a hairdryer.
