Waterfront Townville Home: Hot Tub & Lake Access!

Too bad of the draught lake very low couldn’t use dock. Enjoyed the roomy home. Was a bit uncomfortable that it seemed like the owners were watching through outdocameras

The property was beautiful and the space was great for two families. The host was responsive to our needs quickly and efficiently. But the hot tub was basically unusable due to a waterlogged cover that three adult men could barely get on after using one night. The HVAC system downstairs didn’t work efficiently enough, keeping it cold and the use of space heaters was needed in order to keep the downstairs temp above 55 degrees. We were unable to use grill or fire pit on our first night because there were no propane tanks, but the host was responsive to bring them the next day. I was looking forward to the hot tub and kayaks because I don’t have those at home. It was only when I reached out to ask about fishing equipment that I was informed the lake is “down” this time of year…yet a dock is in their advertisement. Unable to use dock or kayaks due to water being so far out. We were only there for four nights and we weren't able to utilize the first night because of being without propane and we lost a day without the hot tub not being able to have the cover on to keep the water hot. Again, the host was very responsive and helpful with fixing these things, but for the cost there were many little details that were overlooked.

Great house with great sleeping and living spaces. The management person was very responsive and helpful. We did not use the hot tub because the water was cloudy and we didn’t trust it. But the property manager was gonna ask maintenance to address it after we left. We would definitely go back.

Very comfortable and some of the nicest pots and pans we have seen in a VRBO! We would definitely recommend!!

The house is beautiful, cleanest I’ve ever seen. Wonderful, thoughtful touches like a smores box, lots of spices, great kitchen, blankets and fire pit. The property manager was super responsive and simply amazing. Loved our stay!
