Room not very clean, mould in bathroom

Bathroom had mould all over shower, shower head, walls and ceiling! Bin in bathroom not emptied, toilet roll wasn’t replaced and handle had dust all over it! Floors in apartment were dirty with debris under tables and chairs.

Everything did seem to be just surfaced level cleaned to the naked eye. Room setup was overall nice. Conviently located, no parking available.

Det kom ikke frem i beskrivelsen at vi måtte hente nøkler et annet sted. Vi hadde booket Luxury apartment. Det var absolutt ingen luxury! Jeg har aldri opplevd så skittent hotell. Golv, toalett og kjøleskap har ikke vært vasket lenge. Sengeklær var skitne. Vi kunne se fjær stikke opp i madrassen i sengen og brannalarm anlegget hadde feilmeldinger og pipte konstant ute i gangen. Da vi ankom Waverley Hotellet igjen (der vi hentet nøkler og sjekket inn) fant jeg ansatt i et rom der frokost blir forberedt og mat oppbevart. Dette rommet, og hele hotellet burde myndigheter sjekke! Det er ikke egnet for mat laging og har ikke vært vasket lenge. Gulvteppe på hotellet er svart av smuss. Vi leverte nøkler tilbake og ga beskjed at vi ikke ønsket å bo der. Vi fikk å vite at vi ikke var det første som klaget. Dette er IKKE et hotell til å anbefale!

We had to go to a secondary address in the middle of the city with no parking to check in & get the key. Then find parking again for 10 minute loading into the apartment. The set up was very convenient but it was filthy. There were brown skidmarks in te toilet, an over growth of black mold in the shower & walls, & the kitchen sink had leftover salad in it. The furniture was broken & i dont know what the mattress was made out of. Something like a cot. The one window in the unit was painted black with a shade over it. It sounded like there was a pigeon nest outside the window. Just terrible.
