it was obvious the owners tried to make this a place for a larger group (advertised sleeps 12) but 3 of the spaces were unusable due to too firm mattress and no AC in the loft. There was mold in the basement apparently as the smell was musty, and sand ants in the kitchen. There was an old fashioned coffee pot (: We were disappointed to have these problems at this price. On the upside, the grill was good, the stove worked, the AC worked well and the TVs were good quality.

This is a great place for travel near Eureka Springs. We spent time in ES as well as Branson and enjoying site seeing and hiking. 6 bedrooms, 3 1/2 baths. 1 is en-suite. Downstairs 2 bedrooms share a bath and upstairs share a bath. There is a 1/2 bath in the garage where ping pong, foosball, and karaoke are set up. There is a loft bedroom with low ceiling and we didn’t use it. It was a little warm up there but had a box fan to help. Second fridge in lower level was handy for extra room. A/C worked great, WIFI was great, too. Outside deck had dining, gas grill, and hot tub. The last night we had a fire in the outside pit. I would choose this house again if in the area.

Very nice little place to stay and was conveniently located to most of the things we wanted to do. Our only complaint was lack of shades on windows in the bedrooms which made it really hard to sleep in given the brightness of the rooms.

The home was very comfortable and easily accessible. The furniture and laundry were nice and well kept. It was perfect for our family girl's trip.
