15 Mins to Columbia Airport - Win-Some At Wynnsum

The entire property is outdated and not as good as the pictures in the listing make it appear. But the biggest issue is that when we arrived on Friday, multiple smoke detectors were beeping-needing new batteries. I immediately called the number provided and was told that she would pass the issue on to the “local team”. We went out for the night and when we returned after midnight, nothing had been fixed-so we had to take the batteries out of every one in order to to stop the beeping so we could sleep! Unfortunately no one came the whole weekend to take care of the issue! We had no follow-up from anyone. Definitely not the best experience.

The neighborhood is not safe. The property backs onto a neighbors yard with 10 or more dogs. Not clean. Smells musty and moldy. We did not stay even one night. I would NEVER recommend that anyone stay here!

House was clean, everything was fine until A/C went out. Then to notice on the that the AC condenser outside kind of seemed kind of tampered with already made my weekend worse. The owners communication was good at first then nothing afterwards. Then i get a email stating that due to the rental agreement they couldn’t accommodate a refund, after 2 hotel rooms for my family had been paid for. They wanna investigate that the thermostat was frozen from being set to low by HVAC, when the thermostat was set when we got there.

We had a great stay at this property!
