Dewey Beach 1 BR+sleeper sofa. Walk to the beach!

I had an amazing stay at this property! The location couldn’t have been better—just a short walk to the beach, with plenty of great eateries and shopping centers nearby. The place itself was spotless, with a beautiful interior that made it feel like a home away from home. The exterior was equally charming, adding to the overall experience. Highly recommend staying here if you want the perfect mix of convenience and comfort!

The comforters that were on the beds weren't the cleanest, but the house itself was very clean and well maintained. The lock on the front door was a little difficult to use, but that could have just been user error. With that said we did always manage to get it to work. I would definitely stay at this property again!

Overall could not be more happy. Property was as expected from the listing. So close to the beach, just a short walk down. Clean and well put together. I would rent here again! And just noting that the property manager was also very good, the grill at the house wasn’t working and they called to let us know a rented grill would be dropped off for our stay. Attention to detail!

Had a great stay here. Walkable to everything in Dewey. Fifers, which is right across the street, is an absolute gem.

Very clean and well stocked. Ice maker not great and water tastes bad so bought lots of ice and water bottles. Someone should probably replace filter. We had to descale Kuerig and it leaks. Didn’t realize it was directly on main highway. Lots of traffic noise and people throwing trash over our fence from sidewalk. Obviously recently remodeled and beautiful. We were surprised we had to go thru realtor while using VRBO which meant we had to pick up and drop off keys off site which was unexpected and inconvenient versus a key code on house. Close to beach tho and activities. Had great week!
