Stylish two-bedroom Salford Quays apartment

The unit was pretty small. It was close to the Old Trafford football stadium which was great! The check in went smoothly. Unfortunately, the lift was out of order so we had to walk our bags up 5 flights and the TV wasn’t working. For a quick trip the unit was okay, wouldn’t want to stay more than a day, or so.

Attempted to contact about check in and never got a response. We called - questions answered - told 3. Planned accordingly - then received a text saying come at 1 - explained we couldn’t - had planned accordingly to the 3 pm we had been told. We then were told that WE “needed to keep in mind that there were a lot of check ins that day??? So come as soon as possible. “ The apartment - was NOT what it was promoted to be. Doors broken and taped, windows cracked, too many chunks of wall missing to mention, cracks in the walls, broken shower - told would be fixed and a attempt to fix wasn’t until late in the day of our second day and then didn’t happen because I didn’t answer my phone nor did they leave a message - told at check in they would send someone and we didn’t need to be there - so it was never fixed. We were unable to use the shower due to the fact that the water temp wouldn’t change from scalding hot - which burned my daughter. The door didn’t shut all the way anyway so we would have been showering for all to see. The water heat was an issue on day two - according to the book provided there is a “boost” button - there isn’t. We reached out to the guy who checked us in and he never responded to the pics we sent telling us where it was - by that time we needed to get on with our day so cold showers it was. The trash cans had no liners or even cans inside of them - so trash basically was going in a metal container onto the floor. Have pics - just go elsewhere.

Nice apartment but the beds need to be replaced. Insufficient cutlery in the kitchen (e.g. only 3 spoons). Walking distance to Old Trafford Stadium and Tesco supermarket. Very flexible regarding checking in and checking out. Zeno was very helpful.
