We were well met by the company staff with a good introduction to the property. We were advised of the issues regarding some of the deficiencies on the property. Although problem was not corrected there was an alternate plan arranged. Dishwasher did not work and was replaced during our stay as it was not working. Overall we were very pleased with our stay and the property is highly recommended. Thank you

Amazing customer service from Seashell / Algarve Holidays, someone was always available on Whatsapp if we had any questions. We had issues with the TV and internet and someone called over at 9:30pm to resolve it for us. Pool area and outside space are lovely, and the shallow pool is great for children (we had 6 children, of which 5 were under 5). Washer and dryer in the villa was very useful when travelling with kids, There is no Smart TV in the villa, it would have been great if were able to use our netflix account while staying there. Villa Popa is a lovely large villa, great for groups. It is more a 5 bedroom villa as the 6th and 7th bedroom are in the basement. It is not possible to have a stairgate fitted on the stairs which wasn't ideal with small children. The banisters upstairs and on the stairs are very wide, but only an issue if travelling with small children.

First things first: we loved the stay in Vilamoura. This villa is operated by Seashell. The contact was great, even on sundays and at night they will respond quickly to questions and in our case some issues. At the villa we found some deferred maintenance. Lights that won't work. Only hot water the first night. Leakage on the second night. Seashell fixed this all within 12 hours since we mentioned it, so the service was great. But prevent than cure ;).

Experiência muito má. Jardim cheio de gatos que entravam na casa a qq descuido e comiam a comida na cozinha, e na mesa do jardim. Ficamos aem água quente no dia 31 à tarde e ninguém resolveu o problema. Ninguém para o checkout.
