Oceanfront Beach House w/ Family Amenities

Very cute beach decor, well equipped kitchen and several extra touches - coffee pods, dish soap, dishwasher pods all available in the unit. Nice plush towels. Plenty of beach gear stored just across the hall. Owner was very responsive when there was trouble with the air conditioning the first few days and then when the kitchen sink backed up! A+ in communication. As posted in the listing, we did have bulldozers/backhoes working throughout our stay, but a short walk took us to the beach. When the beachfront work is concluded and the pool is in, it will be terrific. Not much to do in the immediate surrounding area, but lots of restaurants just a short drive.

The property was under construction, there were caution asbestos signs in the construction area, would’ve been nice to know. Hope they were handling it properly. The information that there was no beach access and no pool was not anywhere in the main property description. The pictures show a pool where there currently is a dirt patch with overgrown weeds, there’s not been a pool there in quite some time. There were dust bunnies all over the condo. The property is very old, the location is a rundown part of town. There were homeless people walking around talking to themselves and yelling obscenities at passing cars. When you do get to the beach there are huge chunks of rocks in the water not a nice beach if you intend on getting in the water. Way overpriced for the experience should’ve been $100/night not $230/night. Equivalent to a stay at the motel 6 where the beds probably would’ve been more comfortable.

Overall great property for the price of the rental. The unit itself was totally fine and very clean. The building the unit is in is the only reason for not having 5 stars. The buildings elevators smelled odd (mold maybe?). There were cracks in the walls and chipped paint in the hallways (storm damage possibly)? Again these only apply to the building, not the unit itself.

Summer vacation for universal and stay at this property to rest from walking around at the studios. Location is great, second story has easy access in and out, beach view was great, walking distance to beach access was reasonable. property was very clean, has lots of amenities. Bed was very comfortable. Overall great location and comfort. Construction wasn't bad you could hear noise during the week days and after 9 or 10 not bad since we were awake then.

We scheduled this quick getaway at the last minute! We were so pleased with the location, the easy of getting in and settled and the beach was wonderful! The condo provided enough for us to be comfortable and have the chance to get some R&R. Woke up everyone morning and had coffee on the balcony and watched the sun rise. The sound of the waves is so cathartic to your soul. Highly recommend and host was very communicable and ease to reach. Side notes: there is some construction going on, but never affected us. Nor was there any noise that affected us. Also, there is NO swimming pool. But, we didn’t travel to go swim in a pool, we came to swim in the ocean! Book this condo! You WON’T be disappointed!

There are so many great things about this condo--beautiful and comfortable interior, marvelous view, well appointed and useable kitchen and dining area. Good parking. We loved the location. Easy to restaurants and shops. We would stay here again. The only down side was the construction blocking easy beach access. Fortunately there are public beaches closely.

Our host was amazingly quick to respond and was always helpful. The condo was beautifully furnished and very clean. Brand new appliances were wonderful. THE VIEW was absolutely stunning. Wonderful to be able to watch the sunrise with coffee. Excellent experience. Short walk to public access due to condo construction.

The pictures tell a different tale then what you see when you arrive. The pool isn't closed, it is completely filled in and will never be open. The tree is even gone. They tell you that there is construction on the "lower levels" but your condo is on the lower level. They fail to mention that. Beach access is open. They leave you 4 beach towels for a 6 person room. Same goes for bath towels. They also imply there is a washer and dryer in the condo. There isn't. There is a pay facility around the corner that costs 4 to wash/dry their towels. There isn't really anything within "walking distance". The beach is dirty. Cigarette butts everywhere. Large rocks under the water which make it dangerous to get in the water. My boys left with stubbed and cut feet because they attempted to boogy board. There are 2 chairs to use at the beach. Again this is a room for 6 people with 2 chairs. We had to purchase our own sheets for the pull out bed. I had even communicate d with the owner that we would be bringing one more person. No problem but we couldn't find the sheets. I messaged. Of course no answer for several hours. We finally found the sheets after a trip to wal mart. They were shoved in a dresser drawer. This was the worst experience I have ever had with VRBO. Also, they make is seem like this is privately owned, but after you arrive on the property, you quickly realize this is a property management company. Never a good thing when that is the case.

We rented a beach apartment with no access to beach, a building that was under construction with plenty of noise. And they don’t care about customer services.

Host was quick to respond to questions. We appreciated the little things that were supplied like coffee and soaps. The unit was quiet. Parking was easy and you can’t get closer to the beach. We would not hesitate to come back again.

I had to work in Melbourne for a week. Coming back from the office everyday to this apartment was the highlight of my trip. It is spacious and cozy with an AMAZING ocean view. Very comfortable bed, beautifully decorated in every room, and simply just perfect after a long day. I will be staying here again.

We were looking for a place to stay for a week before going to Naples and found this place. It sits right on the beach with a fantastic view and the sound of the ocean waves were fantastic. Communication was great, any questions were answered very quickly. Check in was simple and the place was fantastic with beautiful beach colors throughout the two bedroom condo. My brother lives in Longwood and was able to spend 1 night with us. Check out was just as simple. Overall we truly enjoyed our stay. Thank you

No, the host was fine and tried to be helpful. They provided tv instruction but none of the instructions actually worked out. For all three TV’s. The condo was “redone” I guess and surfacely tried to make it look good but it’s old and has open areas around outlets and some switches. I would not come back. The fake tile in the bathroom is cracked, broken and peeling off. A very cheap remodel. Furniture is really old and worn and very uncomfortable.

The ocean view from the balcony is stunning. The night we arrived it was a full moon and the view was amazing .

Absolutely AMAZING!! Incredible views!! Outstanding and gorgeous home!! Has everything you need! We had an amazing stay!! The whole home is beach themed and so incredibly wonderful!!! We have nothing but amazing things to say!!! Def. recommend to anyone wanting to stay here!! You will not be disappointed. Best thing is the communication was 5 star plus!!!

My husband and I had some business in the area and this condo was the perfect way to start the day with beautiful sunrises while drinking coffee on the balcony. We also enjoyed the walks on the beach and the large amounts of shells on the beach.The condo was beautifully decorated, very spacious, and I especially loved all of the plants sprinkled around that made it feel so homey. The host was continuously in contact so if there were any issues or questions they were quick to help.The seawall and stairs were new to the beach so the construction is finished on that and it is indeed steps to the beach.I would return.

We enjoyed this fabulous condo for a friend's 50th birthday last weekend! Right on the beach, and restaurants close as well! Irina, our host, was over the top responsive! We will definitely return!

Location for what we needed was great. Price was great. Would have given you a 5 star but thy were rebuilding the pool and the path from the building was rough for older people. The unit had some work being done. But we would recommend, especially once all the work is done. You can’t get any closer to the beach.

We liked the layout. Facing the ocean was great. We also liked that it had direct beach access, which we were told was closed so it was a nice surprise.
