Beautiful direct ocean front beach access condo

This was a great property and I would have given it 5 stars instead of 4 but there was no beach access. It was ocean front but there was construction taking place that was not communicated or any info provided prior to my arrival. You had to walk up the street with your chairs & bags to get beach access. That was not ideal & a big inconvenience. There was a pool under repair. I did not care about that since it was not mention in the info. However, if you state ocean front condo, then there had to be beach access & that was not stated that was under repair also. The access was closed off and again you had to walk up the street lugging all your stuff.

Great location and clean. Only issue was finding key to access building. It would make sense for the the key boxes to be in order. Also parking in space 22 is very tight for a large vehicle. Otherwise, great stay

The room was very clean, nice, and stocked with the essentials! It was an easy walk out to the beach and not an overcrowded area. Will stay again!

Atlantic view was beautiful. Condo was extremely clean, great size living room, so many amenities (soap, shampoo, paper towel, laundry soap, seasonings, olive oil…), plenty of chairs on the deck, lots of parking available. Suggestions- add a bath mat and reopen the beach access

Mark made the check in process simple. The condo was perfect with ocean front views from balcony and bedroom. Easy access to the beach made for a perfect vacation getaway for me and the wife. Will definitely make this condo a part of our vacation schedule. The condo is located in a great smalll barrier island town that was low keyed all week long. Close to good restaurants and no crowded beaches

The unit was clean and tidy. It has a homey feel to it as well. it is convenient to attractions and services, restaurants, etc. There is a nice view of the ocean. Apparently due to recent storms, access to the beach was somewhat awkward but available. Beach head reclamation was in process and somewhat disturbing however this would be a temporary situation. There was no pool, it having been lost due to the storms.

As far as the accommodation itself, I can say nothing but positive comments; it was great! The host was very responsive, both prior to check-in and during our stay; probably the best ‘host’ at VRBO we have ever had! The condo is simply, but nicely furnished and the views are nothing short of wonderful. The kitchen is well stocked with all you’d need for any meal prep and it has nice cabinets and granite countertops. The living area is large, with that floor to ceiling view of the terrace and ocean just beyond. We had lunch on the terrace each day as it is shaded by that time of day and the breeze makes it a great dining experience! The bed was comfortable and the bathroom quite adequate, with hot water never an issue, and there are plenty of towels. Also, the covered parking in the garage is a big plus to park out of the Florida sun. HOWEVER, the lack of direct beach access is really unfortunate. The suggested Seagull Park for beach access is down the street, just far enough to make carrying chairs and umbrellas a bit too much, so we drove each time. We had been in contact with the host prior to arrival about the lack of access and so we were completely aware. Whatever the delayed construction issue is with the property and restoring the beach access, it won’t be resolved anytime soon. There is NO visible sign of any work, or progress being made. The pool has been filled in and the deck walkway to the beach stairs has been removed; the stairs are roped off. It’s

Great little spot near the beach. You probably wont find a better place for the price. Very clean inside. Nicely updated unit in an older building. Direct beach access blocked as described but plenty of other accesses within easy walk. Lots of shops and food choices nearby. The beach items were nuch appreciated and there are plenty of beach toys for the kids.

This is an excellent, ocean front property! We stayed here in 2024, but the direct beach access was blocked at that time, BUT now that has been restored. This condo is spacious, with an updated kitchen and a great balcony overlooking the ocean. The bed was comfortable, the shower had great water pressure, everything was very enjoyable. The easy access to the beach is wonderful. There was also garage parking included, which is nice to avoid parking in the Florida sun! The condo itself is actually much nicer than the overall building and grounds, which are modest, but adequate. The host is very responsive and we can highly recommend this property.

Great property. Only drawback was the access to the beach was closed and there was construction noise.

We’d like to start out by saying that our host, Mark, was excellent! We always got a quick response time if we had a question and even called us quickly after we ask him to call about entering the building. Thank you, Mark. This is an older building With older furniture. Overall, it was clean, but as you can see in the pictures, there were spots of uncleanliness. Hairs in the drawers, lipstick on a coffee cup, etc. The sheet would not stay on the bed. The overhead light in the bedroom would not work. This room has a wonderful view of the ocean and a nice place to sit outside the French doors. It is very well equipped! There is extra everything if you have forgotten something. The location is good because you can walk across the street to a convenience store if you need to. And there is a sidewalk on your side of the street to walk, also.

The property was very clean and exactly as shown in the photos. The access and instructions were very easy and the owner was a great communicator. Construction nearby and on the garage during our stay was a little inconvenient, but overall a very enjoyable stay!

One day but it was perfect. Rooms are clean. Area very nice shopping & restaurants nearby. Beach towels & chair came in handy. Made coffee and sat on the balcony to watch the sunrise then walked the beach.Would not hesitate to book again.

This place is so clean! My OCD sister didn't have any issues with the cleanliness. It was easy to find, easy to get to. The ocean view is fantastic! Beach access is close.... Walkable if desired, drivable if not. There is construction while the property is being remodeled. During off hours we could see part of a digger off to the side. During weekdays, we heard it but it was off in the distance. One day it was close and I heard it because I had to work that day, but noise cancelling headphones fixed that. Did I say the view was fantastic? We really enjoyed it.

Clean, inviting and well decorated. Wonderful view. Still construction going on and wasn’t an issue from outside. Was some renovation (tile removal) in the unit above and made it impossible to be I. The unit during parts of day but we had day plans out anyway. Would definitely rent again and recommend!!!! Great location too!!

Nicely updated condo with great ocean view, we really enjoyed the stay

My girlfriend and I stayed here last week and had the most relaxing and enjoyable time. The property is right on the beach, it’s peaceful, and the weather was amazing. Plus, the bedroom has a window facing the beach and you are able to hear the waves crashing at night. Overall great stay and would definitely recommend!

The condo was clean and well furnished. We had a problem with the Wi-Fi that the owner quickly responded to and had fixed. There was some noise from the construction on the first day, but it was much less after that. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and it was a convenient location for us.

The bed blanket was extremely soft and cozy. It was perfectly warm, yet not hot! I enjoyed ocean views from every window! I saw stars while lying in bed. I heard the soothing ocean waves from the unit. I enjoyed cake TV and TV "on demand." The dishwasher and provided paper towels made dishwashing a breeze. The full- size kitchen made healthy food prep fast and easy! The owner replied to messages quickly. The beach was clean and enjoyable! The reserved parking spot was close to the elevators. I recommend this unit and would stay here again.

When you pay a lot of money to get a condo right on the ocean you would think there would be ocean access, but bc of construction there wasn’t. This wasn’t mentioned in the property description. Good thing there was a beach park close. Other than that the condo was great and had everything we needed!

Enjoyed a wonderful stay on a quiet beach!

We loved the condo! It was clean and had almost everything we needed for a great stay. We loved that it was only an hour from Orlando, but we still got our beach time too. The owner replied to any questions really fast and gave detailed instructions.

Updated living area and good location. Beach access close by with beautiful clean beach. Construction improvements still going on but we say some pretty amazing sunrises.

We enjoyed our stay at this condo and were very comfortable. It is nicely furnished with a beautiful ocean view and easy beach access. Mark was an excellent host and was very responsive to our queries and requests. From here we could drive up and down to other beaches and coastal towns as well. We stayed for two weeks and it was ideal for our needs.
