I chose this room from the pictures that showed a chair that was possibly a recliner due to my arthritis and hi replacements I have had. I inquired before booking and was told there were no recliners. I booked it anyway because of that chair in the picture which was nowhere to be found. I received an access code and Wi-Fi information on the app. A couple of hours before check in time I received an anonymous message saying they would send my code. I told them I had a code. Got to the room and the code would not work. Finally got in the room, no chair and Wi-Fi code did not work. Got the tv on but it would not accept my checkout date.No tv. Bed was so high I had trouble getting on it and coffee maker was dirty. The house it’s self was nice. Clean other than the coffee pot. The last night I came home and was locked out. None of the codes I had worked to get in the door,. I liked where it was located but would not stay there again.

The room was adorable, well-furnished, clean, and perfect for a solo traveler! The location was ideal for venturing out to explore the surrounding attractions (so much hiking! ❤️) and within walking distance to a number of shops, restaurants, and the community park. Such a lovely town. Lorene was very responsive and super friendly!

Centrally located in Fort Payne. Older cottage, but thats part of the charm. These units are very clean, comfortable bedding, and nicely decorated. Awesome staff, Lorene hits a home run with us again. I would prefer not to use anyone else's facilities in the future when visiting Fort Payne.

Cute place, overall was fine for our stay. Convenient location. Listing says 3/4 bath, but there was no bathroom sink. Weird to have to brush teeth at the kitchen sink! Futon was not too comfortable as a couch and was very uncomfortable to sleep on. Was small bits of trash behind futon. Could see it when we moved futon out to make it into bed. Easy checking in and iyt. Appreciate thr need for a code for lonby. Could be really nice with a few improvements.

Host has done everything and beyond to make this a five-star experience and I truly appreciated. Thank you for the snacks! Only complaint was the AC being rattling but host addressed it quickly. It can be noisy occasionally at night as it's next to a busy train track- hence one star off. But overall a great place to stay if you are here to explore the outdoor, highly recommended!

Loved staying here. Very convenient. The place was clean and very cute. The bed was very comfortable and the linens were so soft, anything I needed was available. I will definitely stay her again when I visit home! Thanks for everything.

Perfect for a weekend getaway. Cozy, clean and comfortable! Even though there were guests in the other cottages it was quiet and we had all the privacy we needed. We would definitely stay here again!

I was very impressed with the cleanliness and amenities this rental had. It was a very neat and cozy rental with only four units in the building. When I had a question about the door code not working, the owner got in touch with me in less than 20 minutes explaining what had happened and alleviated the problem.

We were in town for Vintage Pickin show and really enjoyed our room. We had a problem with our lock but the property manager resolved it quickly. It's a great price and very clean.

This was a great, affordable property for me and my husband. It was very easy to find. We stayed in room #2. The room was very comfortable, including the bed. My absolute favorite thing about the room was the bathroom floor. It was pennies! I would definitely stay here again given the chance!

This suite is so beautiful. And one of the most comfortable beds I slept on in a room. The location is great and I just loved everything about it. I highly recommend staying here. And will be back for a quite weekend away.

It's a super cute place—the decor is charming. I was in Fort Payne for a few days to do family research, and the cottage was perfectly located close to the library, courthouse, and historical documents collection. It was also very convenient to the cute downtown area and within walking distance to stores, restaurants, and a park.

We loved the location of this unit, just a short walk to the quaint downtown area of Fort Payne. Was perfect for a one night stay just passing through the area. The property manager was so kind and prompt in her communication with us. We appreciated the hospitality!

Wife and I come down to see my mother 3-4 times a year. This cottage is perfect! Centrally located to about everything in Fort Payne. Very cozy and has a very comfortable bed. I would definitely recommend and we will be staying again soon.

This place is what you see in the photos of nice and cozy. There is a lot of small details put into this room. I stayed by myself but I know if my wife was to come she would have liked it too but she would have preferred a Keurig coffee machine over the older traditional coffee maker. You are within walking distance to downtown Fort Payne which have some small quaint places to eat and shop in small stores. I would stay there again.

It's a super cute place—the decor is charming. I was in Fort Payne for a few days to do family research, and the cottage was perfectly located close to the library, courthouse, and historical documents collection. It was also very convenient to the cute downtown area and within walking distance to stores, restaurants, and a park.

Loved staying here. Very convenient. The place was clean and very cute. The bed was very comfortable and the linens were so soft, anything I needed was available. I will definitely stay her again when I visit home! Thanks for everything.

Cute place, overall was fine for our stay. Convenient location. Listing says 3/4 bath, but there was no bathroom sink. Weird to have to brush teeth at the kitchen sink! Futon was not too comfortable as a couch and was very uncomfortable to sleep on. Was small bits of trash behind futon. Could see it when we moved futon out to make it into bed. Easy checking in and iyt. Appreciate thr need for a code for lonby. Could be really nice with a few improvements.

Great place to stay, with vintage aesthetic, comfortable mattress, fully-equipped kitchen and spotless cleanliness. Host has done everything and beyond to make this a five-star experience and I truly appreciated. Thank you for the snacks! Only complaint was the AC being rattling but host addressed it quickly. It can be noisy occasionally at night as it's next to a busy train track- hence one star off. But overall a great place to stay if you are here to explore the outdoor, highly recommended!

This was one of the best stays we have had in a long time. We were able to enjoy our kid free weekend in this wonderful room, very quiet and relaxing and the overall atmosphere was fantastic! Highly recommend taking the time to check this place out!
