Very clean and cozy cottage. My family and I enjoyed staying here. Joshua was very good and communicating and responding to messages.

Enjoyed our stay. House clean and host was very attentive. Within walking distance to lots of places on 4th St. Would go again.

Property was amazing. Communication with the owner was great, he answered any questions I had very quick. I came to Wilmington to see the one tree hill sites and this was very central to them all!

Nice place to stay for a weekend - it's definitely cozy but we weren't really spending any time there during the day. The A/C had a hard time keeping up with the heat in the afternoons, but I think there were some things going on with the Nest thermostat that the owner resolved. Super clean and very close to downtown.
