We loved our stay at this lovely downtown condo. Owner thought of every detail. Kitchen was well stocked, beds so comfy, the entire condo was soooo clean. Near everywhere we wanted to visit. Very convenient Coffee shop across the street. Great having a parking spot reserved, even though we didn’t needed as there were plenty parking off the street. I strongly recommend this place. We will be back.

We loved our stay at this cute Wilmington condo! It was spotless and beautifully decorated. Jessica the owner was easy to reach and very accommodating. Parking was very conveniently located and the condo is just a minute from the Downtown Wilmington restaurants and stores. We loved the coffee and donuts from the market across the street. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful long weekend in Wilmington, thanks in part to our stay at this clean, conveniently located condo. It is in a safe neighborhood located close to the Riverwalk. Parking was easy with one car in the reserved lot and plenty of on the street parking for our other vehicle. The condo was well stocked; all we had to do was pack our bags and show up. We arrived a couple of hours early and Jessica confirmed that the condo was ready for us to check in. She communicated well and gave excellent directions for accessing the condo, parking, etc. We will be back!!

This 2bdrm Condo was great for our UNCW graduation weekend. The waterfront was awesome ... there is a beautiful RiverWalk. Food and drink was plentiful along the waterfront as well. The condo was super clean and very secure for us with our 2 daughters. You can't go wrong with this place!

Loved our stay in this super cute, well equipped, uber clean, quiet apartment. Nestled within the Brooklyn Arts Social District, lots to eat and drink within steps of the unit. Downtown Wilmington and Riverwalk a few blocks over are easily walkable, too. Kitchen was very well equipped, games to play, and Roku TV for rainy day. The Wrightsville beach is a 20 minute drive, so easy to get to. Loved the area, loved the unit, property management very responsive! Highly recommend!

Our first visit to Wilmington was wonderful - lots of restaurants, shops, and activities! The Downtown Condo (4 Blocks to the Riverwalk) was an ideal choice for us as we were able to walk to almost everywhere we wanted to visit. The condo was lovely! Very clean, well appointed, and well laid out. We enjoyed all of the Wilmington artwork displayed throughout the condo - a nice touch! The sitting area had lots of windows and light - a perfect spot to start and end the day. We were especially pleased to find the coffee / tea supplies well stocked. Queen bed was very comfortable and both bedrooms were quiet. We would definitely return!!!

Place was fantastic. Super clean … I mean not even a speck of dust (really would love to hire whoever cleaned this place for my house.) Had everything we needed. Very comfortable… perfect location. Only a mile walk to the River Walk. Would stay again.

My family stayed here for three nights to enjoy the beach and downtown Wilmington and it was the perfect spot. Within walking distance to a ton of great restaurants and bars, but still quiet enough to get a good night's sleep. The property itself was spacious, comfortable, and clean, and communication with the property owner was smooth. Thanks for a great stay!

When our son decided to get married in wilmington, we had never been there so i had no idea of the layout of the city, we like to be near coffee shops and resturants. The condo was in the perfect spot, we spent our days exploring the area and it is magnificent. Jessica was the most responsive host we have ever dealt with our checkin was seamless. The condo is well put together, everything you could need is there. It is clean and very comfortable, we looked forward to our evenings relaxing and hanging out. There is so much to do in Wilmington no matter your age. I would give this 10 stars if that was an option

Beautiful property, and well furnished with comfortable furniture. Location is perfect for all the downtown entertainment. You do get some city noise in the evenings (music from nearby restutants) but thats a matter of preference, and it does get quiet by the time you go off to bed.I'm removing 1 star only because the internet wasnt working our entire stay, and it affected all the smart tvs on the property. I also brought my work laptop with me, so that was a minor inconvenience. Property manager did their best to resolve, and I appreciate their efforts.

During our short stay, the location of this condo helped us pack in all of the activities we had on our wish list. The location is idyllic and perfect for strolls to the riverwalk and for checking out nearby boutiques and restaurants. The beds were also surprisingly comfy for a vacation rental and we slept really well, recharged for our next day of exploring Wilmington. We were only a 20ish minute drive from Wrightsville beach and enjoyed reading about the fun experiences previous guests detailed in the journal provided by the hosts. We highly recommend staying here if you’re interested in a vacation rental near downtown/historic Wilmington.

We had an amazing stay at this VRBO! The space was impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Perfect home away from home. We accidentally booked during the 2023 Azalea Festival and it was a great experience!!! The parade took place on 3rd St, so we didn’t have to leave the area to enjoy. We had one minor issue, but Jessica was very prompt with getting it taken care of. Thank you. ☺️I recommend staying at this location.

Hi! We loved our stay here! The property was clean and it offered the perfect space for our family’s needs. It was close to many restaurants and the heart of Wilmington, the river walk. The property management company, Evolve, and owner were very responsive for check in details when we arrived a little early. It didn’t bother us, but the property is adjacent to a little restaurant/bar with a quaint outdoor venue with live music which was audible from the condo. They did shut down at a reasonable time in the evenings which was nice. I would highly recommend this place!

The condo was perfect. My bonus (step) daughter is getting married in Wilmington next April (2024) so my younger daughter (14) and I met and stayed with the bride to be and her mom at the condo. The place was super clean and and the furniture was comfy. The kitchen was nicely stocked. My favorite was they have a little coffee bar it was so great to open the cabinet and have that little extra touch. The condo is within walking distance of downtown and 2 blocks from a delicious burger place. My daughter and I traveled from NY and it was a long drive and we arrived earlier than expected. I called Jessica and she was just the absolute sweetest. As soon as the cleaning people were done she gave me early access and even apologized for my inconvenience!! Even though I was early and inconvenienced her! If this was a bit bigger I would definitely be staying there for the wedding. I have t go back one or 2 more times before then and I will definitely be staying there

This property was perfect for our short girls getaway. My bonus ( I hate the word step) daughter is getting married in Wilmington next April. So her bio mom myself and my 2 girls stayed there to start the wedding planning process (she said Yes to her dress!!) This place was perfect. We were able to sit together comfortably and eat and discuss plans and them we had 2 room and each had a bathroom to ourselves. We walked downtown to dinner at night and spent some time at the shops and the walk was less than 10 minutes. This place was too perfect. If my family was smaller we would be staying for the wedding itself next year

Beautiful property, and well furnished with comfortable furniture. Location is perfect for all the downtown entertainment. You do get some city noise in the evenings (music from nearby restutants) but thats a matter of preference, and it does get quiet by the time you go off to bed.I'm removing 1 star only because the internet wasnt working our entire stay, and it affected all the smart tvs on the property. I also brought my work laptop with me, so that was a minor inconvenience. Property manager did their best to resolve, and I appreciate their efforts.

Loved our stay in this super cute, well equipped, uber clean, quiet apartment. Nestled within the Brooklyn Arts Social District, lots to eat and drink within steps of the unit. Downtown Wilmington and Riverwalk a few blocks over are easily walkable, too. Kitchen was very well equipped, games to play, and Roku TV for rainy day. The Wrightsville beach is a 20 minute drive, so easy to get to. Loved the area, loved the unit, property management very responsive! Highly recommend!

Our first visit to Wilmington was wonderful - lots of restaurants, shops, and activities! The Downtown Condo (4 Blocks to the Riverwalk) was an ideal choice for us as we were able to walk to almost everywhere we wanted to visit. The condo was lovely! Very clean, well appointed, and well laid out. We enjoyed all of the Wilmington artwork displayed throughout the condo - a nice touch! The sitting area had lots of windows and light - a perfect spot to start and end the day. We were especially pleased to find the coffee / tea supplies well stocked. Queen bed was very comfortable and both bedrooms were quiet. We would definitely return!!!

The location was perfect. I walked to the riverfront most days. There was a parking pass for the lot beside the building. The condo is well appointed and very clean.

During our short stay, the location of this condo helped us pack in all of the activities we had on our wish list. The location is idyllic and perfect for strolls to the riverwalk and for checking out nearby boutiques and restaurants. The beds were also surprisingly comfy for a vacation rental and we slept really well, recharged for our next day of exploring Wilmington. We were only a 20ish minute drive from Wrightsville beach and enjoyed reading about the fun experiences previous guests detailed in the journal provided by the hosts. We highly recommend staying here if you’re interested in a vacation rental near downtown/historic Wilmington.

My family stayed here for three nights to enjoy the beach and downtown Wilmington and it was the perfect spot. Within walking distance to a ton of great restaurants and bars, but still quiet enough to get a good night's sleep. The property itself was spacious, comfortable, and clean, and communication with the property owner was smooth. Thanks for a great stay!
