Picturesque HOT TUB+game room, +near water

This property was perfect for our group. We were worried it was going to be too small but with the Screen Porch and Game room we had plenty of space. The home is beyond fully stocked with ample blankets, pillows and towels. Hot tub was also great. Large dining table was great in fully stocked kitchen.

This property is PHENOMENAL, no matter the occasion! We rented this beautiful place for a unique little getaway for my son's 5th bday, and having a pre-teen and toddler in tow, I loved what the property had to offer...the generous welcome goodies, the game room, outdoor projector and screen, the HOTTUB, and even all the baby gear, but it was even better than imagined, and everyone's needs/interests were perfectly met...even down to the quiet portable fans found in closets for us "fan-sleeping-type-of-people". Whether you're traveling with children, an entire bunch, or just needing a solo trip away from all the noise, this is definitely the place for you! We will absolutely return, and I may even escape on my own just to enjoy the tranquility this beautiful place has to offer! THANK YOU!!!

This property is as perfect as advertised, if not more. After 3 fun filled days in Branson this offered the relaxation and peace we were looking to achieve. It’s outside the city noise and traffic, yet close enough to enjoy all that Fayetteville has to offer. The host went above and beyond in making sure we were welcomed, at home, and enjoyed our stay, even had welcoming gifts for our kids.I never knew, until staying here, that heaven was in an a-frame, the hot tub on a misty cold day overlooking the sheep grazing was absolute relaxation perfection. My kids aged 10 and 8 loved the game room, movie screen on the porch, and the outside fire pit.This will definitely be my go to rental from now on when we visit Fayetteville. The property is extremely clean, comfortable, and comes with all necessities. I highly suggest treating yourself to a stay here.
