Lake Access - Private Pool - 2 Acres Retreat

Enjoyed our stay in Belton.Large clean home with open layout so that our group could hang out together.Pool and hot tub were clean and fun.Quiet neighborhood. My grandkids asked to reserve this house again next June

Nice stay

Wonderful property- we renters are lucky the owners make it available via VRBO. And CLEAN. The swimming pool was clean and enjoyable all 4 days of our stay. A storm blew leaves in, but the pool vacuum took care of that in little time. Property was well represented by online pictures, with a few pleasant surprises. The baby high chair was new, safe, & clean enough we used it, did not use the pack-n-play crib only because our baby wanted her own, but we commend owners for making the users manual available for that. My one and only criticism, but for me enough to be 4-star instead of 5-star, is that the kitchen is sparsely set up for cooking inside - fine enough for light cooking or grilling outdoors, but would need more baking dishes & cookie sheets to cook a full indoor meal for large family. Take your own foil, parchment paper - seasonings there were clean and usable. They also do not provide unbreakable cups & dishes to use around the pool - take your own. But I will state again, this property was appreciably clean - not even dust bunnies in the corners.

Girls trip was fun in the pool here. It was clean & has sun & shade. There is no fire pit area as was shown on the listing pics. (I ask them to remove photos & they gave me a whopping 50 back.) A tree had fallen over the fire pit so it was not usable. Really hard to get to the lake from this house. There is only a very steep slippery trail. The home was nice & clean, but the master toilet rocks & needs set. NEED NEW CORKSCREW! We tried opening a bottle of wine & were unable to with the cheap wine opener that they had. Also, the neighborhood coming in was very rough. It got better as the road continued to the house, but was a shock to drive through. Not a property I would return to, but enjoyed the time with my girlfriends.
