CUSTOM HOME - JUST STEPS TO THE BEACH IN RELAXING PLAYA PELADA

We had a great stay and loved the house. It was well-equipped with everything we needed, and the on-site laundry was a big plus. The location was ideal as it is close to beaches, restaurants, and shopping. A lot of great walking options as well. The security gates and alarm system added peace of mind. Tiffany, the house manager, was very responsive and a wonderful resource for local recommendations. No complaints at all and we look forward to renting this house again!

Incredible stay at Casa Fisher! Well appointed home with an incredible outdoor space with pool and lush garden surrounding the home - makes it feel very serene. Easy / short walk to beach - playa pelada - which was almost empty most days. Easy 0.5 mile walk to playa guinones via beach or quick drive. More of a local feel than guinones. Couple great local restaurants spots (sunrise (LOVE!) & seekret spot) a short walk away or you can drive over to guinones. Property manager (Tiffany) ways super responsive and easy to communicate with. Overall amazing spot and experience!

Everything was wonderful!!Property exceeded expectations & Tiffany was a wonderful help from transportation, groceries, activities to personal cook. Area has great vibe, beaches are fantastic, great variety of options from beach bars to sit down dining all within walking distance. Locals were all very welcoming. Great memories!!!

We had a wonderful family vacation at this home until our last night. The overall rating and location/neighborhood scores are scored considerably lower because of the experience we had. We feel obligated to pass our experience onto future renters and to warn other families of serious safety concerns.My family and I stayed at this property in March '25. On our last evening while we were at dinner, this home was broken into and 7k worth of only our items were stolen. When we left for dinner, we left lights on inside and outside the home, all doors locked and the front gate was closed and locked. We walked to dinner that night so our rental car was parked in the driveway. There were visible cameras outside but the owner did not have them on. We did not set the security alarm when we left that night but the intruders unplugged the wifi right when they came in so the alarm would not alert anyone. When we got home that night the front door was still locked and there was no forced entry anywhere. The people that broke in knew we all left for dinner that night, knew the gate code, knew how to get in the home, knew to unplug the wifi and knew the cameras were not on. We were mostly packed up because we were leaving early the next morning so our valuables were not in a safe. They took 2 backpacks and filled it with cash,jewelry, electronics,sunglasses,tennis shoes,etc. While it seems this property has all the security to keep you safe-be advised and use at your own discretion.
