7 women exploring Lake Seneca. Close to wine trail and stores. Clean, updated and plenty of room. Pool table was lots of fun and everything you could want. Beds comfy and two full bathrooms were a plus. We used outdoor deck and grill.

This is an older home with modern upgrades. The kitchen was spacious and well stocked There were plenty of areas to spread out and enjoy. Nicely decorated with positive saying that gave it a homey feel. Comfortable furniture. Large yard Spacious deck Location was convenient to wineries on both Cayuga and Seneca Lake Cons; Steep staircase to upstairs bedrooms No televisions

Very nice home to stay in , for a short trip to Seneca Lake. Very clean, has all the necesseties . Added bonus was pool table , deck and piano. Plenty of parking. My family enjoyed themselvea . The only downer was the upstairs steps are very steep and very slippery when wearing socks. Overall a great place.

The house is large with many comfortable rooms. Multiple floor heights so be sure to watch your step especially at night. House could have been a bit cleaner with cobwebs and dirty floors noted when we wiped water spill. Nice big porch and outside space. No TV. Host was very nice and easy to work with.

This house is situated in a great location between the west side of Cayuga and the east side of Seneca Lakes. We were able to do wine touring both days, and can recommend Fitzgerald Brothers touring company, as driver Dan got us around the lakes safely both days. We had a small issue upon checkin, and Joe the owner was super responsive, getting the issue resolved quickly. We really appreciated that! The house is well equipped and clean. We enjoyed the pool table, as it brought back some memories from "back in the day." New appliances were nice. The house is a couple of miles from a Dollar General, convenience store, gas station, pizza, McDonald's, Kinney Drugs pharmacy, and Village ice cream (which we went to twice 'cause it's that good!). We also visited Lodi Point State Park on the lake for a picnic. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, and thank you to Joe for the great hospitality.

The check-in process was a little challenging because I had to contact Evolve to ask for the instructions as we were pulling up but I received them right away when I asked.The kitchen was great and had everything we needed.

This place is as listed and shown in pictures. It’s a great location when doing a wine tour. My friends and I had a weekend visit for a wine tour and found the location convenient. We were close to wineries and BBQ’s. Yum! I would just make a note that there is no tv (if you want to watch any). This is also an old farm house and you may have some unexpected guests There were tiny ants on the counter and sink (we cleaned them up with kitchen cleaner) and we suggest keeping food in the refrigerator or microwave. We had a visit from ratatouille. Woke up in the morning to him on the kitchen table. Maybe he was going to make us breakfast. We ended up throwing away our food for safety concerns. Luckily he scurried away and didn’t return for the rest of our stay.

First impression pulling in was lots of space for vehicles . We had three couples with three vehicles so it was nice that there was plenty of space . There is a run down shack in the driveway that is super sketchy looking and kind of reminds you of a shack that would be on horror movie . Also some extra little rooms that aren’t very useful or secure and kind of sketchy as well so bringing children with I would be careful they don’t wonder due to safety reasons. Check in instructions were very clear and house was easy to get into . Very spacious and except for Kitchen . Knobs on stove are not correct or very worn because the stove is very hard to turn off all the way . It looks like they are all off but the gas was still coming out and I could hear it even taking the knob off and adjusting it . One burner did not ignite on its own. They have The bigger table in the middle of the room of the kitchen which in the listings picture it looks very roomy but with everyone sitting at it, it is not . Yes you have the overflow dining room but we all like to enjoy playing board games and stuff and In The listing pictures it shows enough room for six people at the table but there was no bench seat like in the photos so half the time two of us had to stand . When renting a place I always make sure we have a very nice tub to soak in a relax. There was a nice tub but dirty and jets were very scummy**** review wont allow me to put everything I want ……………only 1500 character allowed…………….

No views from the porch. Only a trailer and a scrap yard. No fire detector on 2nd floor. No sheets in bedroom with full and single beds. I messaged the contact for the property with some questions prior to the stay and he never responded. There was still laundry left in the washer and someone elses trash on the porch. Frying pan wete put away dirty. No rack for the pool table. So overall we had a good time as a group but wasnt exactly impressed with everything especially the contact person. Would not rent here again!

Basically it worked. The place is beautifully staged and looks much better in photos than it is. The kitchen is good, the WiFi is good. The place wasn’t cleaned prior to our trip. The electrics are iffy. The AC downstairs sort of works. We did not spend any time upstairs, it was warm and stuffy up there. The area around the property is not great and comprised of an old prison/drug rehab center.

Very spacious and welcoming space with several common areas. The house was clean and close to several attractions. There is a grocery store just 5 mins from the house so it was very convenient for times we decided to stay in and make our own meals. Would highly recommend!

We were pleasantly surprised with the size of this property and the amenities it offered. A unique home with plenty of space to relax, inside and out, as well as more than adequate space for dining, sleeping, activities etc. We were a group of 5, one couple and 3 singles. The bedrooms and baths were well stocked with towels and extra linens. Loved that the home had a huge mudroom, drop zone and laundry area. And parking, this trip we were travelling in 2 dually extended cab trucks, the first night we also had our 24 ft trailer with us, and we had more than enough parking space. This is awesome! So many rental properties have minimal parking that makes it difficult for large groups with multiple families or large vehicles to have adequate parking space, not here. It was perfect! Also, thank you Joe for your timely responses to our questions. If our travels ever bring us back to the area we will definitely be looking you up for our accommodations. P.S. We also loved that every couch and bed had an extra throw or blanket.

This location was great for exploring Lake Seneca, vineyards, Geneva, Watkins Glen. We had only a few days but could get anywhere easily from here. House is huge! Set up what you would expect from an older home with bathroom not connected to bedrooms. House had all provisions we needed and Joe, the house manager was extremely responsive and friendly.

This property was spacious and we loved the location for access to hiking, biking and wineries. The layout of the house is quirky and the varying floor heights from one living space to another may be challenging for some. The first floor bathroom is on the opposite side of the house from the first floor bedroom and is accessed through the kitchen: not very private. Likewise, the upstairs bath is on the opposite side of the house from the third bedroom and is only accessible through the second bedroom.
This property was spacious and we loved the location for access to hiking, biking and wineries. We enjoyed the very spacious house located in a quiet area close to Seneca lake., finger lakes national forest and wineries.The house had a nice deck to sit out on and could often see Amish horse carriages trotting by.A large yard which our dogs enjoyed.

We enjoyed our time with family and the nearby state parks. Communication with owner was excellent. We forgot an item and he promptly shipped it backed to me. Only one thing to note: not all bedrooms are air conditioned. The central air didn’t seem to reach the second level. There was a room air conditioner in one bedroom that worked fine. But none for the second bedroom upstairs. We didn’t use that bedroom so it was fine for us. We were there during a hot week. So the air conditioning was important.

Wonderful property for a small gathering. More than enough room with a perfect set up for gathering and meals. We didn’t miss having a television because we enjoyed having a piano and pool table ! The owner is very easy to communicate with. We will definitely recommend it to friends and family.

We were pleasantly surprised with the size of this property and the amenities it offered. A unique home with plenty of space to relax, inside and out, as well as more than adequate space for dining, sleeping, activities etc. We were a group of 5, one couple and 3 singles. The bedrooms and baths were well stocked with towels and extra linens. Loved that the home had a huge mudroom, drop zone and laundry area. And parking, this trip we were travelling in 2 dually extended cab trucks, the first night we also had our 24 ft trailer with us, and we had more than enough parking space. This is awesome! So many rental properties have minimal parking that makes it difficult for large groups with multiple families or large vehicles to have adequate parking space, not here. It was perfect! Also, thank you Joe for your timely responses to our questions. If our travels ever bring us back to the area we will definitely be looking you up for our accommodations. P.S. We also loved that every couch and bed had an extra throw or blanket.

This location was great for exploring Lake Seneca, vineyards, Geneva, Watkins Glen. We had only a few days but could get anywhere easily from here. House is huge! Set up what you would expect from an older home with bathroom not connected to bedrooms. House had all provisions we needed and Joe, the house manager was extremely responsive and friendly.

We enjoyed our time with family and the nearby state parks. Communication with owner was excellent. We forgot an item and he promptly shipped it backed to me. Only one thing to note: not all bedrooms are air conditioned. The central air didn’t seem to reach the second level. There was a room air conditioner in one bedroom that worked fine. But none for the second bedroom upstairs. We didn’t use that bedroom so it was fine for us. We were there during a hot week. So the air conditioning was important.

No views from the porch. Only a trailer and a scrap yard. No fire detector on 2nd floor. No sheets in bedroom with full and single beds. I messaged the contact for the property with some questions prior to the stay and he never responded. There was still laundry left in the washer and someone elses trash on the porch. Frying pan wete put away dirty. No rack for the pool table. So overall we had a good time as a group but wasnt exactly impressed with everything especially the contact person. Would not rent here again!

The house is large with many comfortable rooms. Multiple floor heights so be sure to watch your step especially at night. House could have been a bit cleaner with cobwebs and dirty floors noted when we wiped water spill. Nice big porch and outside space. No TV. Host was very nice and easy to work with.

This house is situated in a great location between the west side of Cayuga and the east side of Seneca Lakes. We were able to do wine touring both days, and can recommend Fitzgerald Brothers touring company, as driver Dan got us around the lakes safely both days. We had a small issue upon checkin, and Joe the owner was super responsive, getting the issue resolved quickly. We really appreciated that! The house is well equipped and clean. We enjoyed the pool table, as it brought back some memories from "back in the day." New appliances were nice. The house is a couple of miles from a Dollar General, convenience store, gas station, pizza, McDonald's, Kinney Drugs pharmacy, and Village ice cream (which we went to twice 'cause it's that good!). We also visited Lodi Point State Park on the lake for a picnic. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, and thank you to Joe for the great hospitality.

The check-in process was a little challenging because I had to contact Evolve to ask for the instructions as we were pulling up but I received them right away when I asked.The kitchen was great and had everything we needed.

Clean and comfortable home with plenty of beds and towels. Only two major requests from my mature parents and these were addressed quickly and with ease. I was thankful for the lovely home and care shown to me and my family.

We greatly enjoyed our stay at this home. The location between Cayuga and Seneca was perfect to visit the many wineries in the area. We also loved the character of this house; while obviously built in a different era, the updates improved the home while retaining the charm. We will definitely check here for availability for future trips!

We enjoyed the very spacious house located in a quiet area close to Seneca lake., finger lakes national forest and wineries.The house had a nice deck to sit out on and could often see Amish horse carriages trotting by.A large yard which our dogs enjoyed.

Great location! Close to the main highway that most of the wineries are on, without being on the actual highway. Much lower volume of traffic. Besides, the closest wineries, Boundary Breaks, we probably my favorite of the weekend, and that is about three minutes away.

First impression pulling in was lots of space for vehicles . We had three couples with three vehicles so it was nice that there was plenty of space . There is a run down shack in the driveway that is super sketchy looking and kind of reminds you of a shack that would be on horror movie . Also some extra little rooms that aren’t very useful or secure and kind of sketchy as well so bringing children with I would be careful they don’t wonder due to safety reasons. Check in instructions were very clear and house was easy to get into . Very spacious and except for Kitchen . Knobs on stove are not correct or very worn because the stove is very hard to turn off all the way . It looks like they are all off but the gas was still coming out and I could hear it even taking the knob off and adjusting it . One burner did not ignite on its own. They have The bigger table in the middle of the room of the kitchen which in the listings picture it looks very roomy but with everyone sitting at it, it is not . Yes you have the overflow dining room but we all like to enjoy playing board games and stuff and In The listing pictures it shows enough room for six people at the table but there was no bench seat like in the photos so half the time two of us had to stand . When renting a place I always make sure we have a very nice tub to soak in a relax. There was a nice tub but dirty and jets were very scummy**** review wont allow me to put everything I want ……………only 1500 character allowed…………….
